Zero customer service

I will update my review after I receive my product I am giving one star for the lack of shipping information provided to the buyer when a purchase is made They should be letting buyers know it can take several weeks before they purchase it They also have 0 customer service No one answering emails It says Email customer support at firegemssgl outlook but no one responds For everyone leaving reviews about 3 weeks and still nothing the items are coming from a gift shop in Singapore and takes at least a month to get anywhere They still need to hire someone to answer emails and notify buyers before they make a purchase that it takes a month or so to get it in the mail Clearly they are mailing USPS international snail mail because it s the cheapest

Over a month waiting for my order had nothing from them since the original confirmation and I ve sent messages both directly and via their customer support but zero response now the link from my original email has stopped working

Avoid this company like the plague

I ordered a wooden mothers day picture which is no where near worth what is being charged for the product I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive it and what you receive is not a true reflection of the images used To be perfectly honest I m really disappointed with this I ve paid around 40 for something that looks like it cost not even 10 to make I really would avoid this product There are probably better alternatives on Etsy

Slow delivery damaged goods

Slow delivery poor item protection print and frame was damaged and was only given 10 back and have no product Better off shopping locally avoid these offshore retailers

This is an enormous scam Ordered items on 3 17 and have yet to receive them No response whatsoever Only email contact There is no phone so it allows for an easy mode to ignore any and all communication from the merchant DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS WEBSITE

Been waiting to recieve my items

Been waiting to recieve my items and i have not had any response since placing the order on 3rd December 2023 I have sent 3 emails to ghe email adress provided on the website and have not had one reply I am very concerned having paid nearly 100 for 2 jumpers which I am yet to receive IF this company would like to update me that my item is actually en route that would be PERFECT

I bought a jumper from this site I ordered a picture of my girlfriend and I with the Ipod embroidered and momma bear embroidered down the arm The order took about 10 weeks to reach me the Ipod embroidery was right but the picture that was sewn in had the wrong hair colour for my girlfriend and instead of momma bear being sewn vertical down the arm quite large as advertised came very small horizontally just above the cuff TL DROrder took a long time not as advertised

Fraudulent business

Order made two weeks ago Other than the confirmation email and the money leaving my account there s no been any other update or signals from the seller neither responding emails Checking other reviews and customers experiences it seems this is a fraudulent business Do not buy with them or anything despite their good effort advertising themselves on Instagram It is scam
