Ordered some PRIME cherry watermelon vapes- got a whats app message to say they were out of stock and they would be sending skittles flavour I told them no and to refund me This was on 30th November- still no refund so I ve had to dispute the transaction with my card issuer Seems like they were taking ordersFor prime vapes when they had none in stock UPDATE got a whats app on 7th December to say refund had been processed and would be back in 7-10 days 5th February 2024 srill no sign of my refund Avoid avoid avoid

Shocking returns policy

I recently purchased the 3 vape bundle on the 12 12 23 have ordered these may times before However upon opening one of the vapes after only one day the vape smelt and tasted burnt I opened a second and the exact same thing When I spoke to them via WhatsApp on 19 12 23 I was informed that I should have reported faulty items within 2 days Who gets 3 vapes and opens them all and smokes them all to make sure they are ok Shocking returns policy and they have lost a customer in me

Make it impossible to replace broken bars If you order 10 x bars they expect you to try all of them within the first 2 days and report it as broken Then they ask you to add the fact its broken to the next order making you order more then they never send it out although reminded twice Then they make it impossible to get a refund or replacement against previous messages of lies They also state online items are in stock then contact you to change which flavour you choose Best off shopping elsewhere if you re going to choose this company

Ordered and paid for next day delivery 7 99 last Friday 1130am Emailed today as items not received and was responded with a generic email stating technical issues so asked for postage money back They said to place another order and they will send a free vape to cover the postage customers should not have to buy more to get money back on a service they have not received that they paid for I ve since asked for a refund as items have not been dispatched but seller responded with order is processing cannot be refunded as it s been processed - absolute rubbish Avoid these guys
