I have no hesitation in recommending this company I read reviews about First Mats Ltd on trustpilot before deciding to place an order with them A couple of days later I received an apologetic email from the company Director explaining that the manufacturer s warehouse had a problem my own observation - not First Mats fault and that my delivery would be delayed by 5 working days and if I had any concerns to contact him directly Two working days later I got an text from UPS telling me that my item would be delivered later that same day Unfortunately I would not be available to accept the delivery and no way of letting UPS know I phoned the number given in the First Mats email and spoke with the Director in person He assured me he would get a message to UPS and sort it out He did this and the delivery was left in a safe place later that afternoon Outstanding customer service and attention to detail for an insignificant order of one rubber mat Top marks and thanks to Richard for his approach to ensuring customer satisfaction

Leak Diverter purchase

Bought a leak diverter kit for my blocked but leaky cellar coal chute Rain would leak through in a heavy downpour and there was no way of preventing it This helped me collect the water and stop the source of damp

Good door mats

An excellent well made doormat with a good strong rubber backing which doesn t shed I have tried using the washable type of doormat but not happy with it so have gone back to the tough sort
