Couldn t be worse

Horrendous company they will block you re interest in a rental at every move and try to get you to rent higher priced locations siting problems with change of use etc Baffling and disgusting behaviour

Unbelievable Pay 4k a month and had my entire weekend ruined by a shooting party that turned up no notice from the agents and ran amok around the property Dogs and humans going to the toilet wherever and regardless of the fact it was our garden Surely someone from the agency should have warned us We couldn t get our 10 year old from his chorister session as they had blocked us in Nasty entitled individuals who Don t care anbout anything but themselves and that goes for the agents too

VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Never in 13 years if business have we been spoken to as we have today by Charmaine Parker of the Doncaster office Absolutely the rudest most disrespectful person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with We rent multiple commercial properties and are landlords ourselves yet when raising an issue with her we were basically told tough sort it yourself When speaking with our Managing Directors they could not get a word in and every time we tried to have a conversation we were shut down by this extremely rude person Each time we tried to get a point across we were dismissed it is unacceptable in every way Fisher German you should be ashamed to associate yourselves with such disgraceful customer service We will be raising a formal complaint and also advising landlords just what kind of service they are paying for Absolutely disgusting service which is not acceptable in any way for a professional company

Extremely unprofessional we had dealings with the Liverpool branch all seemed fine in the beginning of the process but soon went very sour with this one particular letting agent Initially was told I could go ahead and rent a small lock up but then was given unreasonable and untrue reasons as to why the process of renting said lock up could not go ahead LATE FOR MEETINGS AT PROPERTY VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT IN PERSON AND IN EMAILS HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPERTY when I called him to see if the meeting was still going ahead he answered the phone and then purposely put the phone down he was unaware I was stood in the same vicinity at this point Then he had the nerve to offer us a dilapidated run down damp unit which had been broken into a few times and very unsecured Please save yourself a lot of money and time and don t use these people

We viewed a property spondon derby 3 5 weeks ago Asked for an application 3 times left 4 voicemails made over 10 calls to rebecca Ashby branch We got 0 response Made the 1st complaint We got 0 response Made a 2nd complaint We got 0 response Left voicemails on Rebecca s phone and the managers phone at Ashby 0 response No one has got back to me or my partner Joshua and Chantelle throughout the entire time The rent has also been reduced during this time We were willing to pay the full price We are going to visit the landlord since they live on the plot and tell him them what has happened They will see this complaint and do nothing about it It is appalling I feel sorry for the landlords

Highly unprofessional and dishonest this company should be avoided at all costs They employ deceptive tactics to unlawfully retain deposits and manipulate tenants with the loopholes they create It baffles me why any property owner would choose to entrust this company with their affairs

The worse estate agent I have ever dealt with rented a house for a decade and in the beginning they were fine But then staff come and go repairs take months to complete the attitude of the so called partners stinks They ignore communication and act like gods What kind of agency has no emergency repair number or reporting system in place anything goes wrong your on your own Treat tenants like dirt I had the misfortune of dealing with the Market Harborough branch They lie and try to cover themselves when they don t even follow up on basic things like making sure the gas boiler is serviced Two years pasted before I arranged my own service Appalling all round Never Again

Poor experience

Truly horrendous company - rotten from the top to the bottom Senior staff in particular are rude and condescending as noted by other reviews here Fisher German Fisher Price is more accurate were responsible for managing our building and during that time they did little to nothing Rude and incompetent they let our building down in everyway possible As a property management company they have no skills whatsoever and seem to employ some of the most baffling rude and disorganised people I ve ever encountered They couldn t fix or repair almost anything let alone even the most fundamental basics like organise to have the windows cleaned The roof leaked and there was problem after problem that was unaddressed or shoddily tackled One manager at the company shouted at me over the telephone and did the same to another resident They had no interest whatsoever in listening to us and doing what they were being paid to do I can confidently say that Fisher German is one of the worst most poorly run companies I have ever encountered Avoid them like the plague

Avoid at all costs

Worcester office phoned a few times now Each time they are arrogant cold and un-accommodating Appear to significantly overprice property and are out of touch Their staff remind me of a well known soon to be ex political party
