Beware - Almost Impossible to cancel subscription Even after logging into your account it is almost impossible to find a way to cancel your subscription online They do not want you canceling once they have you You can pause for up to 3 months but then if you forget you will start getting charged again Everything i hate about subscriptions companies They make it very very difficult to cancel

terrible terrible service i have had a
terrible terrible service i have had a subscription with baricol for 2 years and no problems however in the last few months the service has gone down the toilet not one delivery has arrived and every one is delivered to a random address and then i am asked to collect it I brought this up with them and they just cancelled my subscription and by the sounds of it i am better off without them poor service

It s absolutely impossible to cancel my subscription I tried to log in with my email but the website says my account does not exist I sent a customer service request and no one has replied to me it has been weeks I ve tried to call the customer service number but my phone provider said the number does not exist They ve made it impossible to cancel especially from Australia I will be contacting the retail ombudsman if customer service does not figure this out for me soon Can someone from customer service please provide me a direct email or phone line I can contact them from Australia

Avoid with all cost
Avoid with all cost You can not cancel your subscription it seems they enjoy taking your money and on the website there is no option of cancellation and have to get reported to authorities to get hefty penalty

Very difficult to cancel and this is deliberate You should not be forced to call to cancel It should be available online as easy as modifying any other part of your account Shame on this business for being so greedy and deceptive especially where people s health is at stake Avoid at all costs

Do not recommend
Do not recommend Due to error at their end not being correctly rectified for 5 or so deliveries over a year I finally cancelled Each time they told me it was fixed when it was not fixed On the final time even though the error was still obvious on my account they tried to again tell me it would miraculously be fixed upon the next delivery being processed Turns out companies can gaslight too
