I M SWITCHING BACK TO HELLOFRESH

I had boxes delivered even though I canceled them in their system As soon as I received an email saying next week s box was scheduled I immediately contacted customer service to fix their mistake They couldn t do anything and said the payment for the box would be automatically charged Now the box is sitting in my hallway stinking up the place while I m on vacation Even if you cancel your deliveries you apparently still end up getting them and their customer service doesn t bother to help if it means losing out on revenue It s pure fraud and deceit I m switching back to HelloFresh where I ve been a customer for two years and their customer service actually solves problems I ve also repeatedly experienced not receiving the correct number of meals and I had to point it out myself otherwise Factor would ve just pocketed the extra money

Constant issues failed delivery

2 orders in total I had to contact customer support both times They didn t deliver the 2nd order although I contacted them during that day and they assured me that the order will arrive soon Had to contact them again because the food didn t arrive and then I was told they had a problem and they can t do anything for this week s delivery They offered 120dkk credit even though I told them I ll not order again PS - They didn t answer when I called them by phone - during working hours

So bad

So bad Really bad its very expensive And the fact that the portions way to small thats so not okay So its like twice as expensive or way more than if I made the food my self I would not recommend this for anyone

Convenient but gave me food poisoning

I am looking to gain more muscle mass and the diet is the hardest part specially when I have a full time job So to me the service was very convenient since the calories and macro-nutrients were listed in the plates that I was getting which made it easier for my daily life The problem is that I got food poisoning from one of the plates that was still within the expiration date I am not willing to play Russian roulette with what I eat no matter how convenient the service was

Review of Factor Meals Denmark 2 starsI had high expectations for Factor Meals Denmark but unfortunately there are several things that disappoint First of all the price is far too high for what you get It s really frustrating that it costs so much to have just four meal trays delivered The concept is meant to be an easy solution for people who want to eat healthily and maybe lose weight for example by following a keto diet but the high price makes it hard to justify Another major issue is the delivery especially if you live in an apartment The website states that the food can be delivered to your doorstep or the building entrance but in practice it s not possible to have the food delivered directly to your door if you live in a building without easy access It s frustrating that there isn t an option to provide the delivery person with access such as by giving them a key fob so they can bring the food up and leave it at your apartment door This would make things much easier for people living in apartments and it seems like an obvious solution that Factor Meals should consider All in all it s a shame because the idea behind Factor Meals is great and it could be a fantastic way to make it easier to change your diet and focus on health However with the high prices and limited delivery options especially for apartments it s hard to recommend the service It would be a big improvement if they could lower the price and offer better delivery solutions for apartments such as allowing customers to provide a key fob to the delivery person
