I am so so so so happy that I decided to start a training program with Fithaus Whether your goal is to be leaner fitter happier or to lose weight - the team will listen analyze your nutritional and fitness habits and work form there working with you depending on what your objectives are I started with sharing my objectives and they also made me send a weekly log of everything I was eating and drinking Based on that they helped me define specific goals nutritional macros ideal caloric intakes etc and assigned me a personal trainer Edgar He is absolutely fantastic and knowing what my goals and preferences are he has managed to turn me into a person that actually LOVES exercise - it is the first time in my life that I m looking forward to my workouts Fithaus will also make sure you get support on the nutritional mental side while you train My nutritional advisor Justin shared a fitness guide with me that includes super valuable tips on how to stay motivated how to not fall into bad habits with fitness myths and misconceptions etc I read some of the sections several times a week to make sure I stay inspired and motivated I was really looking forward to writing this review because after two months of training I already feel that this health investment might be one of the best decisions I ve taken Of course you will need to work hard too but if you need support to start getting fitter this is it

I have had an excellent experience with Conor He goes to great lengths to tailor the workouts check in on nutrition and sleep and be mindful of my overall fitness goals The increased level of accountability feedback and individualization of the training have all combined to yield significant results and have overall increased my discipline and the efficacy of workouts I would highly recommend the service to anyone who can afford it and who is looking to take their fitness to the next level Definitely ask for Conor if looking for a personal trainer

Happy with my progress
I am a senior citizen with Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have been working with Dario for a few months I appreciate his willingness to adjust the session exercises according to how I am feeling on that day His kinesiology degree and his rehab experience is evident in the way he tailors the exercises to my specific needs He is always prepared professional and pleasant I have increased my stamina and my ability to balance With his encouragement I have started walking almost every day I was concerned that I would be too boring for a skilled trainer as he is but he always makes me feel that my accomplishments matter and that my small successes are as important as anyone that is training for a serious fitness event
