Slow as a snail
The worst customer service ever dont trust took 8 weeks to recieve a set on floor mats really they give you the run around then have a fake review site named feefo make it impossible to give negative reviews

If i could leave a minus star rating i would have My order was dispatched a month after order and way past xmass Their response was too bad nothing we can do Your order was shipped 25 days after an in stock product was purchased if you dont like it dont accept the delivery and then apply for a refund after it comes back to us in 6 weeks This is the worst service I ve ever seen use at your own peril

Very Poor quality on cut it looks like the Dash mat was hand cut and No end Stitching
The dash Mat felt like hand cut with scissors no end stitching and so its coming apart already- straight out of the package Customer service is in overseas and they are not helpful Poor quality

Customer service was terrible
Customer service was terrible Before I ordered I called to ask if the product I was ordering would protect my X5 bumper when it was parked in a public garage I was assured it would so I ordered it -- it doesn t It took me four calls to get custumer service and one of the recordings send that no one could anser and to call back I returned the product and still haven t received the credit Should not be called fit my car because it didn t Should be called fit to be tied when it comes to customer service
