My elderly mum s washing machine door catch broke last week and searching online the quotes were super expensive I found this company and checked the reviews so felt confident in contacting them Their set price of 65 plus any parts needed was super reasonable too Filip contacted me first thing the next morning after filling out the online form and came over the same day He was a little late but no wonder as he must be in demand but kept me informed throughout and was very apologetic too It was a cheap part of which we ordered and it came the next day He was straight over to fix it again We are extremely pleased with the service and reliability Filip is definitely a rare breed these days amongst tradesmen and I would recommend him 100 I ve made sure his phone number is in my phone too would hate to lose it If you need any repairs he s definitely the man to do it You won t be disappointed
