Phil was brilliant from start to finish He was so kind to my dogs who i normally lock away as they are giant But instead Phil gave them treats and made a fuss which they loved Unfortunetly the washer couldn t be fixed but he gave great advice and diagnosed the issue straight away Thanks Phil
