Edited 13 01 2021Hello I ve already shared my email through trustpilot you can contact me through email Thanks I was in the middle of finishing a purchase for a refurb iPhone 8 plus still in the cart - unfinished transaction suddenly realized i had accidently closed the page with discount code 5 code plus 20 or 30 gift for subscribing for newsletter Contacted customer support to inquire whether i can retrieve the page as you can see time 15 50 06 01 2021 Hello i have just registered for the newsletter got a discount code and a 30 euro present but accidently i closed the window i cant see it nowmy registered email m 11 after registration it showed in a window 5 coupon and mentioned that i will get a present worth 30 euro and the agent s response was i think his name is Marco van FixjeiPhone Because I find it so annoying you can use the following discount code for any next order cadeauvandaany Then you get a 10 discount on parts accessories and tools You will also receive a gift with it Seriously you want me to use that code after your message aren t you supposed to be the face of the Company this is how you were trained so all the company public marketing and other PR stunts claiming to be the best in the business a fake When i questioned his reasons for annoyance no response whatsoever about what he just said Just because i want the discount code the person was acting as it s coming out his pockets I ve never come across such an ill-mannered service That was too before placing an order i was like what it would be like to run into this guy for an after sales or a warranty claim luckily i did not go ahead with the purchase Be aware

I bought a refurbished a grade iPhone 11 Pro max and had bad experiences that I didn t want The phone that was first sent was full of scratches normally a grade phone should not have such scratches Then I contacted the customer service explained my problem and they asked me to send the phone back after the photos but the bad side of the business pays the return fee There is no free refund Although it was the fault of this company I had to pay an extra 7 euros By explaining my problem clearly I explained that the phone must be a grade phone and I do not want it to be scratched Then I got a phone call again actually again there were scratches on it but I didn t get it right because I didn t want to pay for the cargo again Also this time there were missing parts in the box There was no phone case like I got from the site I requested it and they sent it There is an old screen protector on the phone but I think it messed up the camera if not it means the camera is broken and I don t even want to think about it I was thinking of changing the screen saver and looked at the package I bought today Because I bought a screen saver along with the phone but in a ridiculous way instead of sending a screen saver for the iphone 11 pro max a screen saver of a completely different phone was sent This is really ridiculous it can t be so careless a lousy company In addition phones are not shipped in their original box Comes with a box of their own brand Besides the headset does not come out of the phone box In addition the charger and the charger cable that are sent with the phone are fake and very bad products calm do not use this on the phone or you will damage the phone I had to incur extra expenses for all these In short it was an awful experience I never recommend such an irresponsible and bad company

Don t bother with next day deliveryI have ordered before and have always been satisfied with the product once it arrives This time urgently needed a new screen and paid extra for track and trace which also promises next day delivery if you order before 21 30 which is the main reason I paid extra It is four days later and It still hasn t arrived I ordered it Friday so I understand why it wouldn t come before Monday but I just Monday evening received an email that it was sent The product is fine but don t promise quick delivery if that doesn t happen Not worth it

Going to write this in english so anyone can understand My review is based on 10 times buying If you buy wednesday whithout fast shipping it will always come monday They say buy today tomorrow at home But this is a little fake No extra pay it will take 2-3 working days but it will always take 3 I bought 3 times wednesday 3 times came monday Bought full package and came with missing parts Bought another repair set recived mail second day that is out of stock Due customer support they said it will be normaly delivered Probably they teared down from a full reparation set a screen and they delivered When i ve asked why always 2-3 working days it s always 3 The answer comes automatic that your purchase is 2-3 working days and bla bla So based on my experience i do not recomend unless is very urgent Quality is good but is not premium even you decide to select premium In videos of reparation i have seen a lot of misshandling I will give 7 stars of 10 for reparation guide

Bought an A-Grade iPad but it came with a giant scratch on it Thankfully I was able to return it for free Customer service was helpful fast and friendly Would love to give them another chance but I m afraid I ll receive a scratched product again

Update the customer service has been helpful and refunded me the cost for batter and opening of my phone - I m thankful Never again here s my story I ordered a new battery kit for my iPhone X from Fixje for 30 They delivered the kit and when trying to open the two screws in order to change the battery I discovered that the screwdriver provided wasn t the correct one This completely ruined one of the screw I contacted them and they asked me if I wanted to send the phone to them and when I asked if it was going to be free of charge the replied Yes I sent my phone on Monday and they received it on Wednesday They managed to open the phone and contacted me to ask me if I wanted to proceed with the repair considering that the screen of my phone was a little bit damaged on the top right corner I confirmed to go ahead and replace the battery By this time it was already the following Monday They told me that my screen now had two green lines on the side and asked me if I wanted to change the screen for 159 I said no and to send the phone back They send me an invoice of 10 and told me that until I didn t pay they wouldn t send back the phone When I asked the reason for this invoice I was told it s for the opening of my phone I paid and received the phone back after 16 days with the completely broken screen damaged on the bottom as they forced the screw to open the phone and I even paid for battery and opening costs Unbelievable Never again
