The best app ever I have been using it for 5 years now and i am never disappointed It is so accurate and has greatly helped me to plan events and travel dates so my period does not mess with my special days Game changer honestly

The predictions are accurate to the point that I don t need to use temperature and ovulation kit Most importantly I m pregnant now The app is meant to guide you but your body will work when it s ready and don t force too much intercourse

I have been using Flo for just over a year The tracking abilities are amazing You can even track symptoms you have during the month to see whether they are recurring and the app gives insightful feedback on anything they pick up that may be a recurring issue I am finally 11 weeks pregnant But the app is also great for just tracking your cycle The pregnancy app is great and also very insightful It gives a lot of info on the baby s development and what symptoms you may experience at different stages of pregnancy I would definitely recommend it

I used the flow app to track my period and help track when if I got pregnant It worked amazingly I always had everything accurately documented and when I did get pregnant I switched over the app for pregnancy and there were so many helpful tips tricks and information regarding pregnancy and the development of our baby It gives you information weekly about how your baby is growing and what is going on at that time with baby and yourself as well It helped with knowing whether or not things were normal without having to go and consult a doctor or wait for an appointment
