Flo gas has the worst customer care in

Flo gas has the worst customer care in the field I have been trying to contact the main office to talk to customer services for the last week to no avail holding on the phone for up to an hour This time last year Flogas had over 1000 00 pounds belonging to ME and I was down to below 5 of gas just before xmas and they cancelled my delivery three times in a row Disgusting and diabolical DO NOT GIVE THEM DIRECT DEBIT as they will find any excuse not to delver to you although you have given them money I await the call

Let down AGAIN with our delivery

Let down AGAIN with our delivery This happens every single time a tanker is due I believe this is the 4th time it has happened Super disappointed with Flogas this time round Cancelled deliveries which leave us without gas every time Will certainly be taking my business else where next year and would suggest that others consider an alternative supplier too

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company Received an email to say we would have delivery on 30th November waited until 2pm to get a text message saying that the delivery has to be rearranged I get one day off per week which I scheduled because of the delivery date and not even a phone call WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with on every level I m not a review person but this company has forced my hand I will be having a new tank installed by others after bad service and advice

What Still no gas

I know it s the holiday period but so far it s been 72 hours and still nothing We ve had an illness in the household and so needed this for extra heat if you can t solve this then I don t know if I will be using your services again

My tank is 6 - 3 scheduled deliveries and 3 no shows

I am so very disappointed with Flogas I initially phoned them on 8th Jan to request gas I was down to 20 and really watching when we used the heating despite it snowing I was told they d deliver on 9th They didn t arrive on 9th and I phoned again Explained we were conserving gas and asked if they could please deliver I was assured that my gas levels were carefully monitored and advised not to conserve gas - that gas would be delivered imminently I received a text saying they would deliver on 10th Jan On 10th Jan they didn t arrive I got a text late afternoon saying my delivery would be rearranged On 21st Jan we phoned again as we were below 10 We got a call later that day and were left a message saying we d get gas delivered on Jan 23rd We also received a text and email later that day confirming that gas would be delivered on 23rd Jan We are now below 6 and they still haven t delivered When I phoned yet again I was initially told that a delivery wasn t even scheduled When I explained I d had a text email and phonecall saying I would receive gas I was then told my delivery had been diverted I apparently have 4 days of gas left if I keep using it at my current rate I am barely using it as we hardly have any My son is off school and it is 14 degrees in the house We are heating 1 room with an electric heater I asked to escalate this and speak to a manager and told there were none available I asked when I would get my delivery and could not be given an answer It s a 4 hours wait when they contact the delivery team I asked if I could contact the delivery team and this is not possible I am now at a point where I feel incredibly stressed and upset by this I have emailed customer relations and heard nothing back Why is it so difficult to get gas delivered I would most definitely not recommend this company You are unable to speak to anyone who can give you any answers and even when they schedule a delivery it doesn t happen Once is excusable but three times is most definitely not I will update as and when they respond UPDATE Thank you for replying Flogas I was sent a text and email last night saying I would get a delivery today Let s see if I m 4th time lucky Just to let you know customer relations may have seen and logged my email but they most definitely haven t replied I have even checked my junk folder and there is nothing from them UPDATE Thank you Flogas Finally had my gas delivered yesterday Also got a reply from customer relations later that morning

Non deliveries customer services not phoning back

UPDATE I still cannot give Flogas a better rating unfortunately although on the 4th promise they did eventually deliver However we had an appointment scheduled between 9-10 30 am last Friday to fit the telemetry unit and guess what They didnt turn up Waiting to find out why We switched from Calor Gas earlier this month on a 2 year contract with Flogas and our first delivery was set up scheduled mid last week on the Wednesday 22nd Jan 2025 Even though the delivery was scheduled we had no notification of it by text so I called and spoke to customer services and they said that it wasnt on the drivers list for the next day and and that they would investigate as they did not know why When I signed up I was told they could indicate an AM or PM delivery I was subsequently then told that they cannot give an am or pm time I was told I would not need to be in the house when they delivered but I explained that as it was the first delivery I would need to show them where the gate was in the fence in case were out and the main gate was shut They understood this and recorded it all on our account and also that we should get a call from the driver an hour before they plan to deliver I called back the next day I think to see what was happening and whoever I spoke with either Christine Steve or Chloe said that it would now be delivered on Friday and I would get a text Thursday evening confirming this which I did hooray On Friday I called and spoke with customer service who said she would call me back to let me know the time of delivery am or pm but did not I then spoke to another person either Friday or Monday who did not call me back either In fact the only person to bother to call me back has been Chloe who has done her best Even though it was scheduled for Friday the delivery did not arrive Apparently the tanker broke down I got a text to say delivery on Monday I had been in all day waiting for the delivery Monday I call the office and speak again with Chloe and by this time I am very unhappy I have spent two days on this have had to stay in on both Weds and Friday last week no delivery and no return calls to explain or indeed apologise Chloe assured me that she would expect the delivery to come on Monday so waited around all day again and no delivery This morning Chloe called me She was going to call anyway to give me a date for the telemetry to be fitted She noticed that I HAD NOT YET AGAIN had my delivery She was very apologetic The case has been escalated and I have been promised a call back by a senior member of the team When I am down to 15 still not been given a delivery date or an explanation of why the driver ran out of time This is truly appalling customer service The communication between apartments and drivers is non existent I have wasted three days waiting for deliveries I am in my late 60 s and my husband in his 70 s and we are worried about heating the house now As this is our first delivery we were assured that they like to get out within 3 or 4 days of the switch I think customer services needs to be trained in greater depth and also the company should insist that they should always call back if that is requested Also there really should be a way to track the tanker so you know if it is even in your area Surely that would not be so difficult for a huge company like Flogas Update Just received a call from Chloe and delivery is now scheduled for tomorrow We shall see

Yet again I am left in the dark by Flogas My tank is nearly empty and a delivery order was set up on 4th January but no confirmation forthcoming as to when it will be delivered I telephoned the company yesterday and was given a vague assurance that I would hear something yesterday or today but nothing yet

Waiting for a callback from Flogas

Waiting for a callback from Flogas since i last spoke to them on 31 12 24 in relation to a delivery issue with my tank Level in my tank gets lower and lower and with my elderly mother in law living with us at the minute it is essential we get this callback to resolve the issue

Despite three months of emails and phone calls the switch has not happened Flogas blame Calor Gas and vice versa not very good Can it really take three months to get a switch done We are almost out of gas and very unhappy
