I telephoned flow gas to change my gas bottle order and Sunita Mashru answered my call She was very helpful and emailed the depot to change my order Sunita alsoexplained how I could check my gas bottle levels and made suggests on managing future orders Thank you so much Sunita for your advice and guidance it was so nice to have a good customer service experience

Great service despite the weather
Due to mostly user error on our part we ran out of gas completely just before the big storm in early December We arranged for a delivery to be done as soon as possible but I was doubtful it would arrive as it was the end of the week When it didn t arrive on Friday I pretty much accepted that we would have to wait until Monday Then Saturday afternoon arrived and even in the heavy winds and rain there came Colin coming up our narrow little lane with our cylinders in tow Thanks so much for your service and Colin is always up to the task and friendly no matter what We appreciate it
