Appreciation of Professional and Timely Fuel Delivery

Instead of having to worry about an impending low fuel issue Flogas remotely monitored our usage and then yesterday they sent an email to advise one of their team were on their way today He drove through ice and snow arrived in a timely manner at midday followed health and safety protocol placing a fire extinguisher at the back of the Flogas truck connected to our supply and within minutes we had a full tank again So we will now stay warm through this very cold and treacherous weather He was kind and polite to us and even had a treat for our dog Thank you very much Safe onward travelling J

Our gas unexpectedly ran out last night

Our gas unexpectedly ran out last night whilst I was cooking dinner on the gas hob The boiler also stopped working I rang the emergency number at 8pm and Ben the engineer had arrived and sorted the issue by 11pm Amazing service As Ben had just put a couple of canisters of LPG in the tank to tide us over I rang this morning to check when a proper delivery would be coming It came this afternoon and our tank is full again and we can relax We are on telemetry so in theory we shouldn t run out However Ben discovered that a spider had got into the gauge and built a web that prevented the needle dropping below 44 so it was sending a false reading Thank you to everyone at Flogas for sorting the issue so incredibly quickly in a friendly and professional manner

I contacted Donna at Flogas as I had checked my gas tank and found it was less than 5 As a new customer I had no idea how long the gas would last Donna said she would chase the delivery to try and get it delivered quicker I really appreciate that she and Sunita worked together to confirm a delivery for the next day Llansannan is exceptionally cold at the moment and it is a huge relief to me that I can keep my customers warm Diolch Donna a Sunita
