Rick was really helpful Had tried to submit a new account request through the online form but heard nothing back and was out of gas Rick got the account set up within minutes got the order on and prompted me through setting up my account online too Friendly polite thorough and efficient

Great service despite the weather

Due to mostly user error on our part we ran out of gas completely just before the big storm in early December We arranged for a delivery to be done as soon as possible but I was doubtful it would arrive as it was the end of the week When it didn t arrive on Friday I pretty much accepted that we would have to wait until Monday Then Saturday afternoon arrived and even in the heavy winds and rain there came Colin coming up our narrow little lane with our cylinders in tow Thanks so much for your service and Colin is always up to the task and friendly no matter what We appreciate it
