Great people hopeless system
Speedy process from site survey to tank installation Installation relatively problem-free All good so far Then Telemetry system installed but never connected Once connected was told I still had to call to order because my account not updated with auto-ordering That done I watch the gauge which shows red at 30 slowly drop still no delivery Now at 11 told I m on Priority Schedule list 2 hours later Orders call Delivery within the next 7 days 11 will probably last but why the stress That said great people at every interaction FloGas leadership team should support those great people with a system that works Less stress for the staff less stress for the customer surely a win win I see bland responses to some customers how about saying what FloGas is going to actually do to resolve the problem long term ie identify root cause and develop a lasting solution
