Wide range of products and information

A good website with wide range of products and information The gas bottle ordering area has some glitches where add to basket didn t display go to checkout at first attempt This needed adding again and the quantity changing when the basket could be viewed The delivery instruction area only allows 40 characters - more would be be better

great after care Following placing an order was not

Following placing an order was not trackable Think the first attempt of delivery went to a n other Not down to flow gas but they very promptly dispatches anther still no able to track but delivered to my safe place If parcel had tacking would be five stars as I know DHL does do tracking

Your representative Matthew Emerson has

Your representative Matthew Emerson has been excellent handling the switch over for us Trying to talk with flogas directly was not so good We relied entirely on Matthew to iron out any problems that arose and he handled those with a good natured and helpful response Now that we are set up hopefully we will have a trouble free relationship yours Ivor Robinson

Good customer servic

The customer service I received from Leann Rogers was excellent She took the time to listen to me and is an efficient administrator The only difficulty I had was the long wait for a telephone response

Raya is amazing

I have had a few ups and downs with Flogas on the whole and had called today on the backfoot assuming the worst and a bit miffed that I underwhelmed with the service I was recieving I spoke with Raya who totally took charge of the situation and turned things around Rays service was 5 stars but I have listed 4 because so far Flogas as a whole were scoring -1 Well done Raya oustanding work very knowledgable and incedibly helpful

This time you excelled because of your team

Whilst in the last 7 years of living in our house we have been struggling to get what we need from Flogas recently we were refreshingly looked after by Paul M and Gary M who changed the levels we needed for the best outcome for us and our neighbours They both were efficient and incredibly polite and respectful Try and keep your pricing affordable FloGas

Not so happy customer

The experience with FloGas was very good - to a point Pre sales we had no problems During the run up to the installation all was fine The installation and filling the tank went as well as we could expect However a letter sent during October informing us that the daily charge was to be increased from 24p to 37p at a stroke was a really damaging experience to us and for us The only reason we could see was for an increase in profits and not to the benefit of the customer

Tomasz Kovac Our installation engineer last week was very good quick and tidy Knowledgeable about new tank and how to use and what to expect Just a shame that we have been waiting a week for gas delivery when promised with 72 hours Seemingly a common problem from other reviews

The guys who carried out the

The guys who carried out the installation were friendly knowledgeable and helpful and also left the site clean and tidy The only downside is that the skip wagon damaged our driveway when picking up the skip and didn t make us aware of the damage

Good communication and installation happened when and how it should of Only negative is the trench widths were in everyone s opinion too wide creating more mess and work than necessary
