I m sure the right product will arrive but the ordering process is bizarre 1 Each time I make an order my previous account has expired and I have to create a new account with a new email address The old one says not yet ready to take orders 2 The order process and indeed the website contains no information about when my cylinder will be delivered Do I leave the old one out tonight Next week When

I have wrote two reviews of this Company in the past as their performance has been nothing less than a disaster Now I shall highlight how they rip their customers off in their unit pricing Customer A Me04-2020 - 33p 08-2020 - 40pCustomer A Not suppied readings till 202308-2023 - 49p 03-2023 - 58p08-2023 - 45p 10-2023 - 58p07-2024 - 61p 01-2024 - 70p09-2024 - 67p 05-2024 - 66pIt is hard to believe that they can have such a large discrepancy between two customers If you consider that a delivery is around 700 units this means that they are charging me in excess of 70 per delivery compared to customer A There is something definitely wrong within Flogas organisation Hopefully people will look at alternative suppliers before signing any contract with Flogas

I tried to log on and was told my email address was not registered so I couldn t reset my password But when I asked to set up a new account I was told there was already an account with that email - these can t both be true I set up a new account with a different email and ordered what I needed but not a great experience and a lot of time wasted unnecessarily

Different rates of gas
I phoned to get a quote and was told lpg was 76p which was very high so I enquired at other companies the cheapest I found was 49p When I phoned back Flogas they dropped the price to 69p stating that was the cheapest they could do Looking at other disgruntled customers I can see that you are obviously taking advantage and charging people living in the countryside more and still adding the cost of delivery 70 that was put on as an emergency measure when Ukraine was invaded How is it that small companies can deliver gas cheaper than you we had our gas delivered the only good thing is your delivery driver Jason Williams was very good efficient and courteous at his job
