Ordering was not a good experience

Ordering was not a good experience as login kept saying error I had to refresh password 3 times before successfully accessing my account after ordering when I went to pay I noticed a error which i could not alter I then phoned the number on website got through then was cut off after 10 minutes then was placed in a Queue which said I was 15th and estimated waiting time was 28 and still waiting

RESOLVED Dodgy business practices

EDIT Many thanks to Debbie from the complaints team in sorting out my problem below I ve been a Flogas customer since 2018 Customer service has been mixed but prices were good They ve given me a high price for contract renewal so I m moving to Calor who are much cheaper Calor have just told me that Flogas are refusing to supply the manufacturers certificate for their tank so calor can t buy it out I called Flogas and they don t want to help I ve opened a complaint as they are trying to stop me from leaving to another supplier for a lower price Dodgy business practices

I expected better

Although the ethos is why we went for Flogas the customer service was really slack It took more than 5 days just to get a reply to an email everything took ages to sort first made enquiries on the 27th of JUNE and it s now the 21st of August and I still don t know where I stand I had an email saying a direct debit had been set up to go out on the 15th Aug it is now the 21st and it s still not gone and total radio silence re delivery etc I expected better I have to say

Cannot get a reply from telephoning When visiting site physically which is difficult and awkward to get to there is no one there parking is non existent as it is like Fort Knox Impossible to order from them by phone or on line In frustration when going to the bother of driving out of my way to the site A difficult to find sign was stuck to the railings apologising for being closed and any difficulties experienced What Why couldn t they leave a recorded message on the phone or a scripted message put on line to save us the bother of an inconvenient wasted long car journey and a waste of valuable time Don t go there

19kg delivered to a neighbour

I ordered a 19kg replacement bottle for delivery The driver delivered to the wrong property leaving me with an empty bottle still connected and I unable to replace with the full bottle myself Telephone call made to Flogas who identified the bottle had been delivered to a neighbouring property whose occupants were away Flogas have arranged for a driver to call back and replace the empty bottle and attached the new bottle so I can use it

After the initial approach I made to the sales team to switch my account it took several weeks and a few phone calls before a contract arrived When received all has gone smoothly though Generally good service but room for improvement

Website is hard work was advised by driver to buy two new connectors hoses And he will bring on next gas bottle delivery and change I ve done this but being charged for delivery of hoses totally not a user friendly site

My delivery went ahead on the 7th Nov as advised Great Why the f do you leave me a note asking how did we do You delivered my gas as per my contract do you want praise J grow up Also stop wasting money on posh high quality cards containing my delivery note reduce my gas price instead No criticism intended here of the delivery guy he was presumably just doing what he had been asked to do by FloGas

The installation process was slow

The installation process was slow I received no fewer than 5 Flogas letters today 2 weeks later than their post date This renders much of the information and chasing of bills that have already been discussed completely useless

I ve been asked to do this review but the transfer doesn t seem to have been done yet although hopefully it s in hand Information is scant It might have been more sensible to ask for a review when the job is completed
