Following a query I submitted yesterday evening Customer Support Person Shenaz called me mid-morning A good start Shenaz took the trouble to understand my situation and what might have led to it He corrected my recorded email address confirmed my home phone number apologised for the error and as a gesture of goodwill rearranged my new contract start date and lpg cost per litre Finally he cancelled the surcharge fee that had been applied following the admin error He handled the problem perfectly in my opinion Thanks you
