Excellent customer service from Shenaz

Shenaz the sales specialist was really helpful in assisting me to make a new contract with Flogas I d been with flogas for 6 years and didn t want to leave but like most people I needed a good deal as my contract expired Shenaz returned my calls and did what she promised she d do she gave me confidence to sign up for another 2 years and I felt that she cared too that I was happy with the deal promising me further assistance when needed in the future Very pleased with having an on going relationship with Flogas

What a great experience

Joanne the customer services person I spoke to listened to my query and took full ownership One part was resolved very quickly but my second query required her to speak to her manager and she said she would call back by close of play She rang me back in good time with a resolution to my second query Overall I was very happy with her approach and in my view she is a real credit to your team I am leaving Flogas due to a house move and no longer need LPG It was really pleasant to leave with such a positive memory

Rob came to check the installation and found a leak He took time to explain the situation and the remedy The work was carried very effectively and to a high standard He fully explained what he had done and check to ensure I had the required pressure and all was fine within the house If only all tradespeople were like Rob
