Poor Customer Service

Sadly I ordered a screen protector to the wrong address I immediately noticed and emailed Flolab within 5 minutes of the order to ask them to correct it Unfortunately they were unable to do so even though it took them over 3 days after my initial email to notify me that the item had been shipped It seems that there is no way for the customer service people to communicate with the shipping department or even to know if their emails have been received in time to intervene The suggested remedy was that I find a way to intercept the package myself at the UPS shipping center It seems that I am out the cost of the screen protector I am lucky that I did not order anything more expensive from them still I am out over 30 which is significant It is a shame and I hope that other potential customers will be aware of this risk prior to ordering Edited to add that it would seem reasonable to expect there to be a procedure to immediately correct an ordering error since they do occasionally happen Instead I waited over 24 hours for a reply to my email on the topic The 917 number on the website converted to an international number when I tried to call it I understand that Flolab believes this is all not our fault If as a customer you agree with this assessment feel free to disregard my review Edited again to increase to 3 stars since Flolab did ultimately deliver the screen protector which I appreciate

If you don t ship somewhere - ANNOUNCE IT on your site

You chose not to ship to Canada and some other countries but I m not sure why I ve ordered from various places around the world and they still shipped during the pandemic But what is truly bad on your part is not notifying your customers on the website AT ALL There is no mention of this anywhere That s really bad customer service As for the product itself it s fine once you actually get it installed I ve installed countless screen protectors over the past 20 or so years and never have I ever had such a battling time as installing the Flolab one It was terrible - took me about a lot of tries to get it right not from any wrongdoing on my part Would I buy another one No not with the pain to install it and the overall terrible outlook you have by not stating clearly to your customers that you don t ship to certain countries Bad customer service no more customer EDIT Post response I appreciate the reply back I can understand why you chose not to ship to certain countries but again why not make this obvious - and even better yet - give the customer the choice If it takes an extra week or two to show up due to covid-related shipping delays then first warn the customer and second the customers should be able to accept the delay and still purchase the product

Defective Product

Unfortunately I installed the screen protector exactly as shown on their YouTube and I have bubbles and protector doesn t adhere properly Clearly defective I have had nothing but problems with Flolab from being told the protector shipped and it didn t The reply from customer service was What I meant by saying the order was already been shipped is that I notified the warehouse to ship it I will check more carefully next time I contacted customer service regarding the bubbles supplied pic as requested to show bubbles and still no reply 7305510 21 I was contacted by the company after posting this review I had to pay 6 95 shipping and 1 handling fee for a defective product replacement and finally received product 9 24 I was asked by the company to give them 5 stars after numerous problems Update Accept that no product is 100 and can be defective The time it took to reply to this review says it all about your customer service That s why i m unable to give a 5 star as you asked Customers buy in good faith and expect you to honor what is stated on your website

Installation was not smooth like many

Installation was not smooth like many advertise The screen protector seems to be a magnet for dust particles impossible to get it on without any spec of dust showing up which results in a very tiny air bubble They sent me another screen protector since removing and reapplying the screen protector in order to try and clean the dust off did end up warping the screen The second one I received had the same issue I wish my eye for detail wasn t what it is I ve never had this issue with any other brand of screen installations Customer service was good so there is that but the product issues still remain The screen appears To be of good quality not sure how it will fair in the real world wish the application process was better

After receiving my order 53578 I can Say that the iPhone protector is good and the installation is easy I rate it 5 5 But for the watch protector glass is totally bad quality Once it is applied it s impossible to pull it back while pushing air bubbles to the edges I followed the instructions and pulled the glass up with the tool but it damages the edges because the glass is not hard enough to support pressure Conclusion iPhone protector is worh it but never buy the apple watch protector It is just waste of money unless you are very experienced with installing it before

Never received my product but the customer service team was very fast to help out with the issue

I ordered a screen protector in September and completely forgot about it after the week in which it was supposed to arrive Two months down the line I remembered that I ordered it and the product never turned up I got in contact with them via their website and I was issued a full refund within 24 hours of the first email

needs improvement in the installation tray

the installation tray was not perfect and hence the tempered glass wasn t straight at the end and plus there were bubbles at the end

I contacted Flolab by email and phone and it took several days to receive a response I did the same a second time and have not received a response yet I ordered a screen protector for an iPhone 14 and rcvd one for an iPhone 13 Pro Still do not now if this will fit the 14 or not Thank you

I am happy with my 1st order

I am happy with my 1st order it came within 8 days Whereas my 2nd order placed in 10 Sep 2022 at 15th CS said will ship the next day 16th When I recontact again on 18th CS said will ship the next day 19th If they listed as pre-order then we will know the estimate shipping date Turns out it delivered at 30 estimate total 15 working days
