I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for having such an easy installation like no bubbles no dust or anything really I had one piece of dust picked up the screen protector got it out with the sticker and everything was great thank you guys for everything I love your guises screen protectors and now my mom is buying one for herself when she finally upgrades to the iPhone 11 from the iPhone 6s that she s had forever thank you guys you are truly amazing and I will only buy the 3-D edge to edge one from you guys The zag edge to edge screen protector sucks I had it from my iPhone EXR and it didn t even really protect my phone at all and just felt cheap when I use yours it is so smooth it feels so high-quality it feels even better than using the naked iPhone screen thank you guys I love you guys and I ll always recommend you guys to everybody thank you to mobilereviewsEH for recommending me this screen protector in his video because I would have bought cheap one on Amazon for my xr when had it and then got the zagg The first one I got off Amazon doesn t even compare to your guys screen by tactor on my 11 also the zag still is crap as well not even that much of a improvement and they charge so much for not even a good product the glass breaks easily just feel cheap thank you guys for everything I really really love you guys a lot and praise you guys for your work and dedication The only downside that I have with the company is that you have to pay 67 dollars for shipping and for your replacement it takes so long for the new one to come in so you have to sit there and be super careful that you don t scratch your screen or drop your phone and break it before it comes in I wish it was a lot faster and I m not the only one that has complained about the shipping being turtle slow I love this company but they really need to update their shipping and make it a lot faster even when you re buying one and getting it mailed to your house it s still as low as your replacement If they can sit there and update their shipping and make it way faster to deliver to you then I would give the company five stars other than the shipping I love their product better than any other screen protector on the market that I ve used so far I also forgot to mention that I was skateboarding down the hill and I had my noise canceling headphones on and my headphones cut out and I noticed because my sweatshirt sorts pockets being baggie It fell out of my pocket face first onto the pavement and when I went to go grab it because I noticed 200 feet down the road and they had phones disconnected so I went up and found it and when I went to go grab a car was coming and ran over my phone luckily it wasn t a busy road so the phone Didn t go flying or anything it stayed in the same position face down with the back facing up and I can t believe that the screen protector got smashed and look horrible but the actual screen itself was completely fine besides maybe a little dead pixels at the bottom of the screen that s not even that bad but luckily other than that happening because of the car running over at the screen is completely fine it s an amazing screen protector and I have the Spegin tough armor XP case Red and the XP updated version of that case with the yellow impact foam inside the case protected the back of my phone from cracking and screen detector protecting my phone from the car running over it that s how you know it s an amazing product when I called Windover your screen protector and saves it if the 3-D full coverage screen by tactor with no edges exposed at all just so you know it s the 3-D full coverage one what you need to get if you want the best and most protection buy one today just be aware the shipping is so slow and the company still won t update the shipping they need to start listening to their customers and really fix the problem ASAP because it really is a downside of buying from them because it s so slow when you re waiting for a replacement to come in as well and it s taking so long you re worried wondering if your phone is going to be OK don t wanna break it don t want to scratch it up but you re waiting over a week so you re trying to sit there while waiting to try to be safe with your phone so it doesn t end up broke so they really need to update their shipping if they really want peoples phones to be protected and not broken because I bought my iPhone 11 and I had to wait so long like over a week for my screen protector to come in and I had to be super careful There is a scratch on the screen because of not having the screen protector for so long when I first got my phone but other than that it really isn t bad please please everybody bag the company to update their shipping away faster shipping because that s why I wasn t able to give a five star review because shipping

I bought a screen protector a few months ago and I am very happy with it It came quickly and it was well wrapped The installation process was easy and if there were any bubbles underneath they went away in about an hour The price is also not too expensive for what you are paying I did a bit of research beforehand to see which screen protector was the best without it being to expensive I looked in their website and there were only 5-star reviews which I found a bit weird That s why I went on different review websites where I could have a more accurate opinion The screen protector came fine and I ve been happy with it Only thing that made me not give 5 stars is the customer service after I received the product They ask you to only leave a 5-star review on their website In fact they tell you if you do not want to leave a 5-star review to email them the issue I appreciate it in a way because they want to provide the best service they can but I think it s a bit manipulative and I feel like the reviews were not necessarily truthful But other than that I am very happy with my product and I would probably buy another screen protector if I need another one

So far so very good I m enjoy the high quality materials I just wished it had been slightly larger to cover a bit more of the screen Just in case

Flolab s screen protectors are really good and worth the money They took a little while to sort things out when my screen protector arrived damaged but they did sort it out in the end So I am a happy customer

I am very pleased with the case The drop protection is very good buttons are clicky has a good feel to it The only downside is the rainbow effect o the back of the case Thats why im gonna give it 4 stars If it wasnt for the rainbow effect i wouldve given it 5 stars

Initially I reviewed Flolab 1 star but it s been 2 months since I sent an email to their support and I just received a response saying they will send me another free screen protector It looks like our reviews are working and they are trying their best to fix their problems Edit I received the new screen correct address and correct model with 2 Free Masks It took time but it s all good now Thanks Flolab

Hard to install but best-in-class for the apple watch Adds that extra layer for peace-of-mind for day-to-day activities knowing my watch screen is protected Edges are fairly soft and adhesive is really strong Installation takes a bit of back and forth with getting the bubbles out but if you keep at it for 10-20 minutes you can get bubble-free install

I would give them 4 5 stars if I could They have super great costumer service that helped me get my package even when my local post office fumbled the delivery They really took it seriously and I felt secure that I would get my delivery in one way or another The screen protector itself honestly feels better that the original glass on the phone I would say that they are one super tiny air bubble away from a 5 5 perfect score

Second Update 4 starsReview improved because the installation kit was of really good quality and installation process was smooth Would be 5 stars if they upgraded their logistics team Things which could be improved are to use a different courier service to Australia or add an option for express delivery Finally received the iPhone 13 mini edge to edge screen protector 28 days after shipping I m not the best when it comes to applying screen protectors so 1 tiny speck of dust got under the screen protector but I can t be bothered to re-do everything so I ll just live with it Skill issue aside the big phone sticker for dust removal makes life so much easier I am just an average consumer so the ease of application of screen protector is a very big deal to me One interesting thing to note was the amount of protection around the actual screen protector tough cardboard packaging product box and finally a hard plastic backing for the actual screen protector there s almost no way the screen protector will get broken during transit A possible problem for those who want it delivered to Australia is that you have to take a chance with their dodgy courier service Update 2 starsReview improved because of speedy full refund Original review 1 starThis review is for order 101567 placed on 2nd May 2022 and shipping started on 5th May 2022 I strongly recommend anyone buying FLOLAB s products to go through PayPal for buyer protection I m reviewing the customer service because I have not received the product despite the product reaching the destination location I have tried to contact FLOLAB s customer service request 81448 because I tried to tell them that my parcel has reached the DESTINATION LOCATION on 18th May 2022 As of right now 1st June 2022 it has been 2 weeks in Perth destination location and still not delivered I explicitly stated that I have contacted the last mile delivery courier via email and phone I have also sent screenshotted email replies from the courier service to FLOLAB The parcel is in a warehouse a 30 minute drive away from where I live I even offered to drive down to pick up my package but was told by the courier company that I couldn t do that until the courier has made an unsuccessful delivery FLOLAB s customer service team s response was to give me the phone number and email of the courier and proceeded to tell me to reach out to the courier again 1 They did not address my problem read what I told them Also I have already contacted the courier before contacting FLOLAB 2 Pushing the responsibility of following up with the courier to the customer Let s say that even if I did not contact the courier it is not unreasonable for me to expect FLOLAB to conduct their own independent investigation into the matter as they are the ones who are using this courier service From the reviews I have seen I personally think FLOLAB has a good product but no matter how good the product it s pointless if the product can t reach the customer This shopping experience is soured by dodgy logistics and poor communication throughout Even though the customer service team did offer a speedy refund that s the only time they actually responded within a decent timeframe As of 1st June 2022 there is no option for express delivery to Perth so I can t even choose a faster and more reliable courier for delivery Even if FLOLAB wants to say that they cannot do anything about it because it s the courier s fault who chose to hire this courier in the first place
