I am new to everything tile

I am new to everything tile flooring etc I went to the Memorial store last week and was quickly asked if I needed help which I desperately did so the employee called O j to help me He was Amazing Not pushy really knowledgeable helped me find some ne shower tile and bathroom flooring He stuck with me for all my browsing questions etc never felt like he was in a hurry to get somewhere else It was like I had a private shopper Great personality and again really knowledgeable about the business Never in a million years did I think I would come out of a store that is completely overwhelming to me feeling so happy and excited about my project Thank you O JClarke

I had a chance to go to the store in Kendall yesterday because I m remodeling a bathroom I was pleasantly impressed with how huge it is the variety is immense so there is no possibility of saying that what I wanted was not found a very kind young man L zaro helped me to position myself well in the area of the store that was for me but finally don t buy anything Today I returned with my daughter and it was difficult to choose because of the huge variety Antonio one of the employees was very kind to us and helped us find the pieces and combinations we needed as well as take things with us It feels good as a customer to know that employees care about keeping their customers Remodeling of another bathroom in my house is in the project for 2021 and I already know where to go to choose the most beautiful and varied bathroom tiles 100 recommendation

I ordered tile that had to be shipped from another store Of course they had already sold what I wanted Kept getting the run around I got in touch with Hayly Simmons at the Countryside store and she found me the exact tile and I finally got it Kudos to the wonderful customer service given by Hayly

This was my third trip to the West Hartford store Each time I ve visited I ve been greeted at the door by a very pleasant employee I ve been assisted on each visit by friendly and helpful staff I ve been pleased with the quality and selection of tile I would and have recommend this store to friends BTW it is an hour drive each way from my home but I consider it worth the trip
