Do not go there

It s horrible The food is disgusting and bland I do not recommend it I order some noodles and they were just tasteless The worst in all this is the staff who is clearly not happy to be here Plus the food is kinda expensive And I forgot to mention but I even had a broken plate for my pizza

The images of food being provided have been airbrushed or an artists impression as it does not resemble what was served My sons school must not have researched this site before taking on this service Reminds me of the food irish rail served in the 80 s

My daughters secondary school started

My daughters secondary school started using Food village as their canteen solution this year So far the quality of food has been appalling Shocked that the school has agreed to utilise such a poor service clearly the powers that be weren t served the reheated version of the foods the students have to eat If it doesn t improve I ll be encouraging the school to find a better solution

My son arrived to pick up his order and was told someone else had taken it My husband emailed and got no response or refund Extremely disappointed

Put 20 into daughters account nothing happened put another 20 in took 40 out of my bank account and only got 20 credit Awful Old canteen would be packed everyday now its a ghostownAnd having everything online is an inconvenience for people should be allowed to use cashSTAY AWAY FROM FOOD VILLAGE

Food village unauthorised charging

While I initially thought how great food village was their app does not work and even if you have the auto top up feature switched off kids can make an instant purchase in school and the card will be charged In my daughters school a number of kids ran up 100s in unauthorised charges I contacted Food Village about this and they were not interested I would recommend avoiding using Food Village

Issues with account

Issues with account orders not going through kid left with no lunch no contacts to parents informing them rang there customer service got through to a ladie called Karen explained my while situation to her And nothing from her Had to keep ringing back multiple times to get answers Worst part she was the customer service agent they delete feedback comments on there app Left about 5 feedback and not one person Email or contacted me When I said to Karen can you see my feedback comments she told me nothing there In the end got a refund off them but made me jump through hoops to get it Cowboy Company don t know how they got such a lucrative contract off school

Would give 0 stars if I couldTwice my children last week got no food even though money was taken from my wallet no explanation to my kids just no order for them and they had go the whole school day without food Messages left on voicemail and emails sent no one answering the phone just straight through to voicemail and no replies to email to get money back Never againExtremely overpriced
