Absolutely shocking
The sizing of the dog coats is abseloutly shocking My dog is the size of an American bulldog and ALL her other coats are size L-XL so I ordered an XL from you and it only goes up half of one leg It s tiny more like a small M Also ordered a lead and collar The lead has broken already after 2 days of using it What is the point of doing things for bigger dogs if they aren t suitable for such

No free shipping for exchange
Bought tons of collars with matching leashes amongst other things one collar had a stain on it which should have not been sent out anyways asked to return and exchange and wasn t even offered free shipping back and or free shipping for return Not a nice feeling after having spent almost 200 this ruined my experience other than that is the merchandise super cute for our little friends

Beautiful designs poor quality
Bought a beautiful collar and matching lead but unfortunately after 8 months the metal broke down on the lead and my dog got free but fortunately this meant he was running loose around pets at home thank goodness I have contacted for dog lovers and have been advised that no lead is indestructible and they are sorry for my accident I have been offered 20 off purchasing another lead Will be checking this with citizens advice because I think 8 months for a lead is not a reasonable amount of time that one can expect it to last before it breaks Ps I have a cavalier mind Charles spaniel so hardly a huge dog which is pulling the lead It s the material which is weak but no acknowledgement from at dog lovers
