I m not sure why there are so many negative reviews I order from them all the time and have never had any issues Everything looks just like the pictures everything is true to size and they have fast shipping

I was worried after placing an order for my daughter I then looked at these reviews As we were going on holiday in a couple of weeks I started panicking it wouldn t arrive in time I had the free standard delivery I called the customer service explained my worries very helpful she emailed the warehouse which pack the orders to ensure it went out that day I used a code to get 30 off which was honoured saving me 50 My items arrived complete and correct 2 days later All fit my daughter perfectly Amazing service will definitely buy again I don t often write reviews but after reading the bad reviews on here I nearly cancelled my order so glad I didn t

Everything in Perfect order

Ordered online Everything came in the day range they said on their website Everything was perfect sunglasses NOT broken neither was lipsticks or jewelry Couldn t be happier Love forever21 Definetly a place I would shop again

i love F21 Ive been buying from F21 for years and no setbacks they always deliver and whenever i have an issue they are nice people on the phone to help me they are simply awesome there was only one bad customer service when a lady hangup the phone during the i was still talking to her and i though that was rude but since it was the christmas season i didnt get so upset simply because mood is usually super happy as december starts i wish they can learn to answer emails though i always love my items and my niece and mommy love them too i always refer people to F21 the last stuff i ordered in december am simply still in love with them

I just love everything about Forever 21 Too bad that I have to go to Antwerp for the nearest store but buying online is also not that big of an issue Site is well organized I definitely recommend Forever 21 to anyone who just love being well dressed

I personally don t have a lot of money to spend on clothes and I picked out tons of stuff that was cheep and they were great I would definitely recommend for anyone who love getting a great deal the one thing is not everything is cheep
