Paid 17 dollars for priority shipping and they shipped my item DHL Ecommerce which did not cost 17 dollars and is definitely not priority When I contacted them to complain they completely disregarded what I said and were just like DHL is what we use deal with it When I replied again and explained that I had a problem being charged for something I did not receive they just ignored me and stopped responding It took 8 days for this priority shipping which probably cost them 10 cents and they charged me 17 dollars so they made a profit on the shipping which is really unethical of a business The shipping you charge the consumer should be exactly what it costs

Update - LOL sorry I called it a sports bra let me correct my self It s just an expensive WORTHLESS POWER bra Seriously don t buy it Also they wait a few months after someone posts a negative review and then ask for more details If you don t respond to that your review may be deleted So if you wonder why they have positive reviews this is probably why Again I ll say it STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY If I could give 0 stars I would It doesn t do anything but compress your chest No posture improvement So just an expensive sports bra that is super uncomfortable Then if you buy one during their sale you can t return it What a scam company Stay away Don t spend your money with them It doesn t work anyways

Updated after response below which confirms they do not stand behind their product Nor do they understand my sportsbra comment I read the instructions on the website I m not an idiot but thank you for implying I m both a liar and cannot handle your instructions which REQUIRE a response which I did not receive BOTTOM LINE zero customer service and they don t stand behind their claims The bra doesn t do anything for posture I tried to contact the company twice for a return per instructions and received no response The product doesn t work and the company doesn t stand behind their claims If they had faith in their product they wouldn t make it impossible not just difficult actually impossible to address any concerns or get a refund Interestingly though they couldn t manage to respond to me about my concerns they did manage to respond to my credit card company when I tried to dispute the charge due to the company s bogus product claims Proceed at your own risk when dropping 150 on this product Unless that s within your budget for a regular ol everyday sports bra It s not in my budget but apparently I m SOL due to their bogus claims and nonexistent customer service

I am extremely disappointed in this company I ordered their bra according to their sizing It was so tight I could barely get it on or off I have emailed them 6 times asking for an exchange I still would like to try it out I have never received a reply I now have a very expensive worthless bra thanks to their total lack of customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone

The 1 star reviews have turned out to be correct I am sorry to say that in my opinion they appear to be padding the reviews to up their rating They clearly state that they have a 30 day return policy but they tried very hard not to allow my return I experienced the same as others where I tried to start a return the day after receiving the bra They put me through the whole picture taking farce and then ghosted me Horrible customer service THE REPLY FROM THE COMPANY IS FALSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND I am only allowed to edit this review not respond to their reply but I stand by my above response and they are lying about refunding me Update-I see why there are only a few negative reviews on here This company has been hounding me through Trustpilot to remove my review I had to send in proof of my experience to keep my review on this site now my review is verified unlike many of the 5 star reviews I also eventually got my refund but ONLY after I posted here Please read the companies responses to others who were simply trying to get a refund for something that did not work for them it speaks volumes about who they are

The fit of Forme Science bra for anyone over a B C cup will result in the unattractive mono-boob that was my experience I had no sense of the product making me aware of or straightening my posture as advertised Returns process ridiculous - sending photos of the bra and care tags 21-day time limit product must be unworn In my opinion a waste of a lot of money

Customer service is a joke No idea if the product even works and at this point I dont care I orederd a large size they shipped small Had to send them pics of product tags inside and out original packaging I did as they requested and waited for the approval to return No response for a few day and when it finally came I was on my vacation I said I would send back when I returned Needless to say they charged my card again for the item not being returned Crappy service Highly recommend you stay away 95039I still have the original items You shipped the replacement pair and held my credit card until you received the new ones You DID charge my credit card Not sure if your accounting department didnt notify you Would you like me to share a copy of your charge All I want is for you to send me another shipping label I will be home from the holidays on Thursday I will send back your origianl order AFTER you credit mycard back

I purchased a Forme Power Bra after reading many great reviews and despite the cost Unfortunately the first bra did not fit so I exchanged for a larger size minus 15 for processing the return of the original bra Unfortunately the second bra didn t fit well either - it is clearly not designed for larger busts I went to the website to process the return with refund to my original form of payment minus another 15 for processing the return but when I attempted to complete the transaction the refund option was grayed out and I was only able to get shop credit which is not what I need for a product line that won t work for me I reached out to Customer Service as instructed on the website and 15 DAYS LATER I still have not received a response I have reached out multiple times without even an auto-responder telling me there are high volumes or giving a reason for the delay Given the cost of these products it is not acceptable to receive no response when I m just trying to return something I can t use I m extremely disappointed that the Power Bra didn t work for me but now I m frustrated that my experience with Customer Service has been so awful The order number is EXC-101429-1 Thank you for your help It would be great to understand why I had to leave a negative review in order to get help after I emailed Customer Service four times in the last 15 days with no reply

A one-star rip off I ordered a bra that I could not wear The website said it could be returned The over 100 bra hurts my back and neck and the company is refusing a refund Buyer beware I sent you the order number and I received several emails from your customer service team The order confirmation that I received said that it was returnable It was not until I tried to return it that you had the sale excuse Someone from your organization has used my email address to sign me up for newsletters that I know nothing about Repeat you are crooks and cheaters
