I purchased a sports bra and leggings from them The sports bra is okay and more like a top than a bra It has no boob support The leggings suck I ordered the correct size using their sizing They are WAYYYY too tight around the waist They are the most constricting leggings I have ever put on my body When I got them out of the package they looked like an extra small to me when I had ordered a medium They are so tight that they restrict my breathing and prevent my core muscles from working properly likely doing the opposite of posture support When I attempted to initiate a return their staff took 5 days to get back to me and informed me that I could only get store credit and that I would need to pay 15 for return shipping If this was a genuinely good company that stood by their products and cared about customer satisfaction they would offer true refunds Instead they offer store credit which I won t use This is shocking especially at this price point What s worse is that I just tried to write a review on their website and was sent a message saying thanks we will post this review once our team reviews it LOL okay this explains why their products have such good reviews because they probably don t publish the negative ones I will come back here and change my review here if they actually post my review but I m not counting on it

Buyer beware Read the fine print of the return policy Although the website says you can return up to 21 days after you order regardless of when you receive it if you buy a bra during a promotion you cannot return it and get your money back Store credit only If you have larger breasts there is no accommodation for them - just a straight piece of fabric across the chest A lot of money and a big mistake Customer service is unhelpful

Have sent 3 emails with questions about my return with no response Very frustrating Won t order again as communication is so difficult

I wish I could give 0 stars as this has been the worst experience I ordered an IN STOCK item on 1 13 24 and Forme charged my card immediately not a pending charge as it cleared but I never received an order number or confirmation email Twelve days have passed I ve sent several emails and IG DMs but ZERO response from Forme If you can t fulfill your products or promptly respond to customers then you should not be in business DONT buy anything from Forme They epitomize shady social media businesses 1 26 Update 1 Anyone who reads the Forme replies to customers would know they are defensive and unprofessional You need to accept your business failures and fix them Not all customers here who have experienced the EXACT same issues could be wrong And if you took our money then ignore our inquiries as consumers well who is in the wrong 2 Also anyone who has written a review here knows that the review is not automatically published and instead it takes an hour or two Curiously after waiting 12 days for ANY order information or response from Forme as my review sat pending publication my order was miraculously filled and packaged for shipment and Forme responded to my email and IG DM That seems an unlikely coincidence 4 No I never received an email confirmation And having given my card details and been charged the amount I was diligent in checking both my inbox and junk folders so I doubt I missed it 5 Yes I blocked you on IG because actions speak louder than words and I was tired of your repeated claims of somehow missing my inquiries somehow not knowing where my order was etc I only ordered this specific item because it WAS listed in stock and to persist in saying it was back ordered is just false 6 Of course I would return it I don t want to give money to a business that behaves as Forme has behaved

I am very frustrated that I am unable to communicate with Forme to return the Revive Bra I purchased I used the Return Portal on their website and uploaded all the information they requested When I click on return to my original form of purchase THE BUTTON IS INACTIVE SO I AM UNABLE TO PROCESS I also sent an email to them and have not received a response This is not a small purchase 185 00 -15 157 25 plus 15 00 shipping 172 25 After Forme subtracts 15 00 my refund will only be 142 25 I have not even been able to get an address to return this item I am beyond frustrated My order 112032 I truly appreciate your help

We have been trying to exchange one of these bras for another size for months and get no response Lousy customer service for overpriced products and all we re trying to do is exchange an unworn product for a different size Can t imagine what the experience would be like if you were actually trying to return something for a refund

Buyer beware This company is horrible they never sent my bra and don t respond to emails I m not the only one you can read reviews on TrustPilot as well as Better Business Bureau and ThingTesting Note too that when I received my original bra it did absolutely nothing in terms of support nor posture When I tried to exchange it for a different size thinking I d give them a second try this is when the second bra never arrived and USPS tracking says it stayed in their facility indefinitely And they kept my 140

02 04 2024 - I placed an order 24 days ago and am still awaiting shipment Despite a shipping label and tracking number being issued there has been no movement of the item since the label s creation I reached out to customer support who assured me that the item would be shipped soon However when I inquired about a specific timeframe considering the three-week wait I ve already endured there was no clear response I might have to cancel my order and will update this review if there are any developments UPDATE On February 10 2024 the item was delivered however it did not meet my expectations Despite being advertised as a posture-correcting product it fails to serve this purpose effectively While the material quality is commendable it does not justify the 165 price tag I anticipated a product that would significantly support and straighten my back but its softness equates it to a regular sports bra lacking the necessary firmness for posture correction

I had a size medium bra from them that I loved so much I bought a second one When it arrived I threw it in the wash to wear to work the next day An hour into work my shoulder was really uncomfortable because of an issue with the seam over the shoulder The company refused to exchange the bra despite the manufacturing issue For such an expensive bra this is beyond bad form I won t be buying anything else from this company Edited to add Yes but Alo and Lulu don t charge 175 for a defective bra Your product is so expensive you really should get the manufacturing right

Customer service is beyond disappointing I request an exchange which was submitted and approved on January 17th I sent back the original item right away and it was delivered back to Forme I received a new email on January 17th saying the new item was getting ready to ship It s been almost a month and the exchange still hasn t shipped I ve emailed customer service 6 times and haven t even received an automated response There s absolutely no other way to get in touch which is ridiculous seeing as I paid for this item already For such a cool innovative company their support is beyond horrible Update - it finally shipped Still disappointed in the fact that no follow-up emails were sent regarding a shipping delay and that nobody from customer service responded to my emails For an expensive product the customer service should be top-notch
