I started with Form Health program 6 months ago and have lost 51 pounds to date This program really works I have an awesome team who I communicate with regularly who provide lots of resources and who are always very supportive with zero judgement I am confident that I will get to my weight loss goal with their continued help I am truly happy that I am a part of this program

Formhealth has been a great experience so far Everyone has been very receptive and willing to modify my plan quickly and as needed I love that messages can be shared in between appointments It makes me feel more supported than other Weightloss programs

I ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company The dietitians are knowledgeable and give practical everyday advice you will take with you forever My doctor is very helpful in listening to my input and is very thorough The medication she prescribed is spot-on I m thrilled to have lost 22 pounds so far If you re on the fence about joining just do it As a healthcare provider myself I ve referred patients to this program who have also referred their friends and they re all very happy with the services and results Trust me you will not regret it

They are always in contact with me by text message and regular scheduled video meetings

They are always in contact with suggestions on what I should be eating compared to what I am eating They also suggest what type of exercise I should be doing and follow up with me if I am doing it and what I should be doing to help make it better I have regular scheduled video meetings with my doctor and dietitian I also receive articles on diet exercise and food choices I am loosing weight learning a new way to change my eating habits It is a life style change to make sure you keep the weight you loose off in the long run

Great Program

Form has been the only weight management program that has actually worked for me It s not restrictive which means I won t get tired quit The team is great provides a ton of support The app is easy to use makes it super convenient to schedule keep track of appointments I m 20lbs down in less than 4 months can t wait to see what the future holds thanks to Form

Weight Gain is a Pain

Sorry missed this when it was sent earlier I always find positive review with Bridget or Kirsten They share positive recommendations I am disappointed my weight loss has been very slow when in past it came right off I realize I m not as active as I was when younger This program has benefits It s just upsetting to me that my weight loss is erratic I was so good yesterday eating out 2 meals But it dawned on me I ate snippets of leftover Easter ham I mUp 2 I hope I m back down by time I snap chat with Kirsten Apr 27 That is my goal

The city I live in does not have a program like this Their programs consist of couseling with herbal supplements The Form Health women I Zoom with are knowledgeable encouraging and friendly When I m not losing weight as quickly as I would like to these women tell me that it is normal I like that The price of the program is reasonable Being able to Zoom instead of meeting face to face is extremely convenient

So happy I tried Form

This has been the best weight loss experience I have ever had Years if trying it on my own thru every type of diet I finally realized I need help and support That is exactly what I have found at Form My dietician and PA are amazing and so supportive They answer my questions quickly even when I text them on the weekends I really am surprised how much I am enjoying this new way of eating and living I love it
