Hey I have used this site 2 x now I don t mind there prices and they sell good products but They have shorted me items on both my orders they forgot my 106 grave digger god took from my first time ordering witch was ok for time site says 5 min wait I waited 15 minutes maybe on Monday and they called me a liar she only trusts her team customers say this to get things fre blah blah and said to bad prettty much and I chucked it up for a loss and said I ll give them a try again then I ordered again last night Friday and they took about 4 5 hours to drop my order I followed there think and they just take there sweet time I had to add the contact like 3 x he kept deleting me cuz I whispered evrey 10 mins like site says I put a timer loll and then he came threw at 145 am and he forgot to drop me a stax 200x rotating gizmo and he dropped me only a half stax x100 nut and bolt instead of there stax for 300 on site so I told the lady on chat customer support and she said I was a liar again her team said they for sure dropped but they obviously can t read a simple purchase list and drop all things that were purchased and promised if you have this issue report They need to learn to count and read and customer service skills not there pre recorded computer text

Item was never delivered

Ordered it on 12 21 2018 and hasn t came it yet I sent the codes to all the FortniteItems accounts 1 2 and 3 and they won t answer or invite me And Youtubers like EazyDrop is slandering their name by saying it s a scam so i need a refund

FortniteItems gg wasted my time and then screwed up my order

Item was never delivered Contacted support and was told that we would need to wait up to seven days and they were unable to make them respond Seems to be a very manual process that is unable to provide based on the increased demand Very disappointed that the support response was nothing more than try later and hope you get it I asked for a refund and was told I would need to wait for 7 days as they are unable to process refunds immediately Seems shady or very poorly managed

This is the dumbest set up I ve ever

I got my items the first time but then I ordered but then the second time I ordered some I waited three days sending friend requests to fortniteItems1 2 3 and 4 then whispering my order ID then they finally sent me a party request so I accept I get in to the homebase and guess what they give me the wrong order not even close to what I ordered I am infuriated I get my money back at least but this site completely wasted my time and I will not order any more items until this problem is fixed Ty Lackey 3 7 19

Literally the worst service I ve had

This is the dumbest set up I ve ever had to deal with You can t just order your stuff and get it You have to go through a six step process and wait till the delivery team feels like getting around to delivering it And you just hope you aren t getting scammed First and last time I ll waste money on this trouble

Ok it s been 7 hours I ve been waiting all day and it s honestly getting annoying having to waste my weekend waiting for a very slow business to give me the stuff I paid for Also I got back from an event I was at and I had gotten an invite and I joined but then I clicked accept and they kicked me out without even giving me THE GUN THAT I PAID FOR
