SO BAD Cheap af The same frames didn t even match Our printed picture came out wrong twice with some horrible filter They let us keep the whole thing and sent another one cuz thats how cheap their products are No way am I even asking for a third one All I can say is CHEAP for an expensive price and a fake representation of their products

dont waste your time or money
I honestly have never recieved such poor customer service and service I ordered 2 of my prints to be float mounted back in October they both came in with 2 different color frames they were suppost to be the same and were not floatmounted so i sent them back only to recieve them in the same condition as the first time 5 weeks later its like they didnt even open the box and sent it right back So i sent it back again I got one print back STILL NOT FLOATMOUNTED and the other one still havnt recieved yet and its currently 5 weeks later 3 months to get framed prints that were not done correctly are you KIDDING ME There not going to last long as a company I can already tell there going down the tubes

customer serviceall was great with the planning but then when I enquired about when I might get my order I was told first they had abnormal amounts of orders they have received - and then they replied they couldnt tell me because Framing is a meticulous process and we are here to make sure your piece is absolutely perfect - just as you imagined it Because of the nature of the art we just don t have the ability to offer an estimated ship date only a general timeframe They call themselves the Customer Satisfaction Champion - not championing me - and I am a customer frustrated

Continuation of last review
Continuation of last review I have been waiting a month now to receive a reimbursement for my destroyed art work After inquiring today it turns out there was a glitch in their system which no one bothered to follow up on So will I get reimbursed Who knows Maybe the system will glitch again

Avoid at all costs
Echoing the other reviews you ll have a long and frustrating wait for your order I was told my a representative that The 100 Happiness Guarantee applies to the frame when you receive it not to any other part of the service After the third time giving these jokers my money I can attest that they should be avoided at all costs

I am SO disappointed
I am SO disappointed I used to be a big fan of Framebridge They lost a newspaper clipping we sent to be framed and sent a poster back to us in 1 the wrong frame with 2 the wrong dimensions completely cutting off a portion of the design I will have to look elsewhere for framing services moving forward Sad to see the quality decline to this extent

Is it possible to give zero stars
Is it possible to give zero stars Not only did they lose my picture but they also had me send the receipt for the missing item and under their non-existent Art Care Guarantee they said they would reimburse me for the lost item They have my address and keep trying to tell me that it has been returned I believe this is fraud and that those nice customer service people are just covering for what they know is bad quality bad service and a company that should not be in business Buyer Beware And as for the response I received - this seems typical of most of these companies They spend more time marketing and publicly fixing their image than actually fixing the issue To date I have not heard from anyone at Framebridge

Expect delays and a long turn around time until you receive your frame
I guess my experience is consistent with some of the other reviews I ordered a frame on January 8th 2019 and it is now February 13th 2019 and I have still not received the product nor has customer service made any attempt to remedy the situation I ve spoken twice with customer service and the first time the rep told me there was some delay they re sorry and it should ship in a couple days I hadn t heard anything in a week so I decided to check in again Same message this time it is finishing production and should ship out in a couple days What s going on Customer rep can t give me a straight answer

Don t believe the hype
I sent in art 11-12 to get back in time for Christmas Still no word on it being done by December 14 and when I asked customer service they just said sorry we aren t meeting our normal standards I asked for it to be refunded and sent back I only hope to get it in time to gift frameless and undamaged

They have the WORST customer service
They have the WORST customer service I wish I didn t trust them to get my order in time so that I could surprise my boyfriend with a sentimental Valentine s Gift When I asked several times about my order I received nothing but roadblocks and terrible excuses They don t even try to help you or follow back up when requested I ordered my design in January and somehow they still weren t able to do anything they could to help me expedite my order to receiving it on time DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS COMPANY if you have a special gift to send It won t get done
