Ridiculous shipping and customs costs
Nice table runner but the shipping and customs costs were THREE times the price of the item itself Ridiculous and no mention in advance that this would be the final tally It was shipped not express from the Netherlands to Switzerland--a small light package I can t imagine why the cost was so high

Great qualiety items
The qualiety of the tablecloths are great there were some problems to with the delivery customs charge errors etc which caused significant delay but the staff at franse-tafelkleden nl were great and resolved the issues accordingly I can t fault the customer service or the qualiety of the items BUT the delay was a tad annoying Not sure where the fault lies I guess these things just happen sometimes
