Shipping customer service issues - do not recommend this companydo not recommend this company
This is my first pair of shoes purchased from Freebird I paid for expedited shipping so that I could have them as soon as possible and was very excited when I received an email from them stating I would receive money on Friday September 24th As of today Tuesday September 28th I have not received them I contacted customer service twice to no avail No return calls No return emails All I wanted was a refund for the shipping since I paid extra I wasn t even asking for a refund of my shoes yet For as much as these shoes are I would have expected better customer service I have to say I m really disappointed especially after reading the other reviews saying they also had issues with delivery I do not recommend ordering shoes from this place I am amazed that some of the reviews that said they received their shoes I am incredibly disappointed with this company Their shoes are too damn expensive to be playing around and not returning calls and emails

Freebird Shoes SUCKS
I hate that I have to actually give it a star This whole process has been HELL I ordered my shoes back in August 2020 and they never arrived I asked for a refund After several calls and emails they avoided the issue It is now October 8th They still REFUSE to give me a refund They and the delivery company both admitted the shoes never arrived at my address A rep at the company claims their policy is to mail replacement shoes which I was NEVER told This only delayed my refund We are in the midst of a freaking PANDEMIC Freebird has a death grip on my 376 dollars Give me my damn money back btw Steve Madden is a convicted felon 2005

Shoes fell apart withing 3 years and only wore them occasionally for dress Did not back up their product for the price they should have a better warranty and customer service and back up their product

I was a loyal customer
I love Freebirds like so much I have 7 pairs and spent over 1500 I just got a pair Caprice on a final sale Being a regular customer I am aware on a final sale shoes cannot be returned I wore these shoes for less than 3 hours in my office at work they are the absolute worst shoes I have ever owned I have 8 blisters between my two feet and won t wear them again I have never returned a shoe or contacted customer service with my 7 pairs I reached out to customer service and they said they typically make exceptions on final sale but not if the shoe was worn How can you tell the comfort of a shoe if you don t wear it So they are refusing to help a loyal customer They are more worried about losing 100 than losing a customer who has spent 1500 They have absolutely no respect for people s money Due to the lousy customer service I will never shop here again and will never recommend them Freebird you should be ashamed

Horrible customer service I ordered boots with a red tassel which arrived defected Was told they were final sale and was redirected to purchase replacements on Amazon as they are doing away with the style

Defect in manufacturing of boot
I received a pair of boots that had a DEFECT in the making causing them not to lay flat in the back but bunched up I had only worn these for about 2 hours when I felt it rubbing my leg I sent them back and they didn t even bother to address the defect they used the excuse of the bottom of the boot I had rubbed the bottom to take the slickness away They refused to replace them due to the bottom not even mentioning the defect I now own a 375 00 pair of boots I can t wear I currently own 4 pair and I will no longer have another pair due to their customer service

Customer Service is Nonexistent
I wore a pair of shoes twice and noticed one was causing a sore on my foot Found the shoe was defective inside the toebox Could not see this but could feel it I asked to get a replacement Was told no since it was over 30 days It was less than 60 days Defective should not fall under a 30 day policy They refused to exchange the shoes Said they would look and see if they could repair them I did not pay for defective repaired shoes Paid for new Requested a cashback from my card Apparently I was supposed to see a defect that was inside the toebox and had escaped their supposedly many quality inspections Essentially no customer service

Fell apart Unstitched
I purchased 1 and then 4 more pairs I returned one The rest fell apart after a few wears they were nice looking but extremely uncomfortable I would not recommend their shoes or boots Freebird declined any support All in less than 7 months

Customer Service is Horrible
The shoes are beautiful but customer service is horrible I wore my shoes 1 2 day and noticed that the zipper had a kink that was cutting my heel When I complained they suggested that I use a blow dry to stretch the leather and make it work I sent them a complaint within a week of receiving my shoes but of course since I had worn the shoes they refused to fix anything I have a pair of beautiful shoes that I can t wear because the kink causes significant pain in one shoe not allowing me to wear it over an hour Anytime I wear the shoes and receive a compliment cause I m not trying to waste 300 bucks I let everyone know to not buy their shoes and their customer service works It s best to buy your shoes from a store and company who respects people s money

LOW QUALITY
I purchased the Coal Boots and received and damaged pair I sent that pair back for an exchange that was promised to be inspected by a manager and then received an even more damaged pair When I reach out to customer service they told me this was normal The quality is extremely disappointing If scratched damaged and stained boots are normal I would not recommend this company to anyone Poor quality product and customer service
