The trick the website do is when you are nearing withdrawble value it slows down the mining speed and gradually creates site blocking for the particular IP address there by they cant reach the minimum withdrawable state if the site not ooening for me but it opens for others is same area if they are also mining and if they are near minimum withdraw state the site wont open they do dirty trick to fool people
