Domains that are doing well are blocked for no reason support does not respond Never use it Get a real domain for 1 year at Namecheap instead not sponsored The customer support there is much better In my experience they Namecheap respond within less than an hour and are very knowledgeable I contacted them 2 times Freenom support on the other hand doesn t even write back The blocked domains are now used for advertising purposes to trap my site visitors into expensive contracts Do NOT get a domain there It is a total scam

I come from a nonprofit organization and currently working as a designer for Kage Studio I was using a free domain name tk registered with freedom Use only six months and now my domain is set as a fraud by liberty while it only operates for blog posts that I use to write notes on my side They took off the domain name and now I can t do anything with the domain They are fraudulent and scam

stay away from them guys

They suddenly and without any warning deleted my domain from my account after like 4 months of using it After that the domain was available to buy for anyone I tried to buy it paid with paypal and got nothing they just deleted my customer account and took my money since they deleted my account i lost control over all my other domains hosted with them if you got the choice stay away from this company it s a mystery to me how they are even allowed to operate their service ICANN should really do something about this they know how shady freenom is but i guess it s okay for them to let freenom scam customers

This is one of the worst domain registrar websites I have used While yes the free domains are nice the registrations and domain editor frequently go down for sometimes months at a time Customer support is basically non-existent and I never get any support Do not buy or use this service Use another one

2 Years No Refunds

On September 30 2020 I bought a 5-year ml domain name for 6 87 euro from you 10 seconds after ordering your system canceled my order and when I requested support they completely closed my account I have been waiting for a refund for 2 years but still no result I opened a complaint about you to Turkey s largest complaint registration website sikayetvar com and it was viewed by thousands of people I don t want money from you anymore but I will make negative comments about you and your company on all technology sharing sites in Turkey
