Randomly billed our customer 25 eventhough we ve never even contacted them heard from the until today Scam avoid them

I bought a dynamic domain name from

I bought a dynamic domain name from noip com and the set-up was relatively easy and at least worked I then bought a RapidSSL certificate to secure my domain and that s where all the problems began In order to authenticate my domain they needed to send an email to my domain s registered email address They sent the email to the wrong address When I pointed this out they said they couldn t do anything about the address and referred my to DigiCert to get them to change the registered address DigiCert told me that Noip who had effectively washed their hands of my technical issue despite being the reseller should have been doing this for me Lots of emails to noip later I gave up with their utterly hopeless customer support and asked DigiCert to sort the problem out for me which they did They issued the key and the certificate so the site was validated However noip continued to refuse to accept this and they are the only obstacle to getting this otherwise simple process completed Noip have no idea If you can get their service to work first off then you ll be fine If you can t their customer support is a complete waste of space

NOIP no longer answer phone and no support

They no longer answer or return support calls I have the premium package for priority support They have not answered the phone or called me back for over a week What gives I have called called and called again left my name - number - email NOTHING FROM THEM

Poor customer service

Poor customer service They refuse to actually troubleshoot shoot issues and constantly point any problems at the customer-side without facts Avoid this at all costs

HAVE UPGRADED MY SERVICE LAST MONTH AND TODAY THEY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SUPPORT THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Although you have auto-renew off they activate the auto-renew for billing two years without your permission If you claim they dont refund because terms of service

This company used be great until they were bought out by another company last year Since then the system would stop working every 30 days until you pay without any warning Very troublesome
