Avoid at all costs If I could add zero stars I would This is quite possibly the worst company I ve ever had the misfortune to interact with in any industry They messed me around so much Cancelled on me 3 times every time I interacted with someone it was a different person who contradicted each other and when I contacted them to get a refund of the deposit after 3 days of patience and attempts to sort this out I was told I was a disgrace and to never call them again Honestly I m still reeling at the way I was spoken to The fact there were no reviews before I booked should have spoken volumes I hope someone sees this review and doesn t go through what I ve been through Absolutely disgusting

What a terrible to deal with I m a unwell person who needs a cleaner i set every thing up with them including a derit debit on the day someone was to come it was a no show they didn t inform me about it i called them and they said they would phone me back within the hour but it did not happen so I tried calling them back they had blocked my number so stay away from this firm

I would have given 0 if possible Absolutely shocking company to deal with I never even had my first clean 10am as no one turned up and then when I messaged to inform them I received a message simply stating 1-2pm I explained this time was not acceptable and I should have been informed I received another message stating apologies I messaged saying that I wished to cancel and I would not be using them in the future Their reply was ok Totally unprofessional from start to finish avoid at all cost

AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAM If I could give 0 starts I would I booked an end of tenancy cleaning for a house I was moving out of At first the communication was good up until I had paid the deposit Firstly they are nearly impossible to get a hold of I have been in contact with 3 different people and have to badger for any sort of reply Secondly the clean itself wasn t great for an end of tenancy clean They missed a lot of spots which I ended up having to do myself Definitely not worth the 200 I paid for this service The lady that cleaned my house left business cards that are a completely different company to Fres Clean Thirdly I have messaged multiples times asking for an invoice to give to my landlord I finally got a reply and they ve asked me to pay 25 for an invoice I m convinced this is some sort of scam and I wish I had seen these reviews before booking Please PLEASE don t book with this company I don t think it s legit Save your money

SCAM SCAM SCAM Customer service is appalling They were rude and they did a poor job at cleaning considering the amount I payed When I asked for a receipt they tried to charge me 25 for an invoice Avoid at all costs
