4 5 is the best I can give considered I recieved the wrong item wrong size model of a phone holder for the car I made a claim and the shop asked for photo evidence wich I gave them So they sended me a new and correct one free of charge without wanting the 1 item back They made a mistake and I now have 2 phone holders the one I couldnt use my friend got for free Thank you

Easy to track delivery never had problems but id does take a few days more than it says it will overall for small things perfect

Bad web-site - OK customer service

I had a bad experience trying to understand the fruugo web-site and ended up not getting what I wanted Very frustrating Made a low rating on Trustpilot got contacted by customer service and after some e-mailing I got my payment refunded at least expecting to get it

Bit slow My first order was never recieved But costumer service was super helpfull and I got another send My way pretty quickly for free

Delivered as promised without unnecessary delay It would be best if one could pay for delivery in the mailbox at private address It is inconvenient to drive to a distribution location

I would have given a 10 but there was no communication til I recieved my products They came in timely intact and well packaged

A little surprised that the order was being assembled in China Nothing against China just knew that would impact delivery time All in all a positive experience
