I did not know pay

Where s my order It should have arrived at the latest according to your company the 1st of july I ordered it on the 10th of June I haven t been given any emails in regards to tracking the order or where it is in any way You were quick to take my money but where is my order Let me know soon please or the bad reviews will start flying

Unclear where products ship from received wrong product

Ordered 4 items 3 were fine the fourth a Powerpoint Bluetooth clicker didn t work with my computer even though it said in the item description that it would Informed the company never heard back would cost too much to send it back to China Will have to give it away or throw it away

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I d ordered headphone ear cushions via Fruugo before without problems But this time I had problems First it was unclear where products would ship from I only found out after paying it would ship from the U K which I ve run into customs problems with since Brexit and would have avoided had I known Then the company Reytid sent me the wrong product and wanted me to return it before they sent me the correct one Overall took 5 weeks and I ended up just buying some on Amazon de instead

The order takes a long time to arrive

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FAKE Don t ever order from this company I order two products fash wash and face peeling mask When I ordered I was under the impression that It would be shipped within Denmark but instead it will be shipped directly from Australia They gave me a DHL tracking number that is expired and doesn t match with the DHL courier service when I called them

Very late arrival

Updated I originally took them for a scam after ordering since it took so long to get my order and I had to contact them multiple times via the website to get the status of the order I eventually got my order but considering the time invested to figure out what was going on and the very late delivery I can t say I recommend the site In short They seem legit but it s too much of a hassle

When i ordered on this site everything was fine but when i paid it took to differen balances from my card
