Wrong Size

I bought a pip the bear plush and it was supposed to be 38 cm 15 inches but as it arrived today it only measured in at around 24 cm 9 5 inches which is not acceptable at all I paid 300kr and 76kr for shopping for this and it was not even the real size It took 20 days to arrive too
