Fine but varies with the store within

The products are obviously not sent directly from Fruugo but from various stores and the experience is therefore not necessarily the same every time But it usually is above okay

Everything went fine

Everything went fine I was just surprised to get to know afert I concluded my purchase that the product was coming from China It took a bit more time to be delivered that I expected but there was no additional fee

Annoyed That It Was Coming From China BUT

my experience was actually a really good one I was initially annoyed to find out that my product was being shipped from China and was expecting months and months of waiting for it to arrive if it ever did arrive However the enter transaction was smooth I was able to track my package and it only took about a week to arrive YAAAY On top of that I was very happy with the product - it was a little dryer for my craft work So all-in-all a very positive experience Thank you Fruugo

I find that Fruugo is a fare site

I find that Fruugo is a fare site which I trust I never received my parcel coming from a Chinese dealer but as soon as I claimed that I had not received my parcel Fruugo very quickly found out that the parcel was lost and that the dealer could not replace it and consequently refunded my pay totally including the shipment cost

Fake stuff got refunded

Bought some Munchkin baby cups but they are not original just a cheap copy that smells toxic However Fruugo got in touch with me affirmed their policy against counterfeit goods and refunded the money

Cute and fun phone case

Easy to find and have my item delivered I had a link from a friend s who requested and item I wish I had the option to switch to English at the time of purchase Everything is in Danish and I didn t speak Danish Other than that cute items and extremely easy purchase experience from the U S My friend loves her phone case I ll ask her if she d like other Fruugo products in the future

I give Fruugo 4 stars

I give Fruugo 4 stars though it appeared that the SSD harddisks that I bought were conterfeit products programmed to show false capacity I was suspicious because the price was too good to be true but greedy enough to try it out - To my surprise my complaint was immidiately answered by seller in China and by Fruugo costumer service with a message of refunding which I recieved today And no troublesome return of the bad SSD s That s why I give you 4 stars - I may even consider another time to buy some electronics again knowing more than truth is promised just if I get what I need at cheap price -

Well Positive but

Well package got here but took quite a long time weeks in fact I also wonder why you call yourself Fruugo Denmark when you re very clearly not placed in Denmark I appreciate the status communication but 3-4 mails a day when nothing has really happened since the last one is abit exagerated especially since you already provided a link to check But I got my package will consider to use again if no other options Hope you will consider my points

I bought ps5 compatible vr2 controller with led light charging stand but it was only the charging stand there came After some mail confirmation I find out that it was a mistake from seller that is was only the charger I will get and not compatible vr2 controller So they give me full refund Very good service

What I m very happy about is that they did a total refund of the money I spent on a birthday decoration set for my son because there were a few things missing from the box they were helpful and took the fault On the other hand the products are not the best quality but ok for the price The customer service is really helpful that is for sure
