I am going to be very honest about all aspects of my purchase with fun com The range of products available is great the international shipping is great and the speed of shipment is also relatively fast However having purchased a Funko POP from this company a collectors item it arrived very damaged because the packaging was awful It was literally shoved inside a cardboard box just slightly larger than the size of the Funko box itself with absolutely zero padding to protect the item during transit Naturally I am disappointed that my Funko pop arrived in such an inferior quality compared to others and so I got in touch I will give it to them the customer service response speed is also totally great however the resolution was not so good I requested a replacement POP as I am a collector I was told no because it might arrive in the same condition again What That s not something you should be saying as a vendor for Funko shouldn t you be making every attempt to ensure the products DO NOT arrived having sustained damage Perhaps boxes with additional padding inside for safety even some crumpled up packaging paper inside the box would make the world of difference I was offered a refund which I have happily accepted but my issue is with the sheer ignorance to the underlying issue which is the lack of care in packaging the item Overall although several positives I will not be using this website again to buy items which have collectible or sentimental value as I cannot trust they will show up safely

First of all I was not made aware the items would be coming from America im from the UK the website did not make that clear at all - it wasn t until I received the tracking information that I noticed as a result of that - the items did not arrive at the promised time despite paying extra for delivery I purchased 2 funko pops they arrived late in what I can only describe as the poorest packaging I ve seen for funko pops they were in a box twice the size of them rattling around freely with no foam bubble wrap packaging pellets The box was badly damaged so were the pops inside im an out of box collector so this wasn t the WORST thing in the world but I would 100 be cautious if you are a in box pop collector

Be VERY aware of the restocking fee here of 18 as you will not receive a full refund for anything that you have returned Excessive postage costs AND this additional loss of money plus terrible customer service

Couldn t even place my order

Couldn t even place my order after spending a good 15 minutes ploughing through a clunky website with unclear sizing and irritating forms containing dropdown menus without correct address options Finally got to payment and it continued to ask me to select my method of payment - which I repeatedly did - until I got fed up after selecting it about 6 times and gave up

No return no exchange poor quality

No return no exchange that too when I paid 8 pounds extra for the delivery charges within UK I had ordered a wonder women blazer that is not true to size and much bigger I asked for a return or exchange but was refused The product itself was around 50 pounds the quality isn t great Only thing good was the styling of DC Overall terrible experience

I would advise on finding a UK company to order from as shipping takes forever and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired whilst price are reasonable its not worth the hassle in the long run
