such an awful app Awful website Awful playstation app the library of content is great but getting it to play is so much hassle I am constantly told that the episode I am trying to watch is only for premium subscribers sidenote I am a subscriber it makes marathonning shows very difficult when between every episode I need to restartmy browser or turn my device off and on over and over until funimation gets its act together i would give them 0 stars if that were an option its borderline unusable

Constantly buffers

Great selection but terrible service Videos constantly buffering lucky to get a minute of continuous play I have high speed internet for gaming no issues playing games online or streaming from Netflix Disney plus or prime but unable to get a decent service from funmation Massive shame as their library is good

easily the worst platform to watch anime on absolutely shocking firstly 14 for this HAHAHA i wouldnt pay 1 dollar for this secondly marathon mode doesnt exist for me after every episode i have to get up and search for and play the next THE FU G ADS cant skip the intros the cringe unskippable even with premium funimation advert at the start of EVERY EPISODE logs me out every couple of episodes naruto shippuden isnt on it in AUS arguably the biggest anime of all time the list goes on im getting annoyed typing this This website is an actual joke if i could give it -500 i would F FUNIMATION

Missing Episodes

Random episodes of various shows are missing Overlord has an entire season missing despite being displayed as being available You also need a premium account to just WATCH some shows E g Overlord The UI sucks ass the app which I had hoped would be better is worse than their website which I didn t think was possible but here we are Why did Animelab merge with these imbeciles I have no idea

I have been contacting customer service

I have been contacting customer service since Nov about my account I always get a message back saying they are working on it but the is still no solution I tried to delete my card off the account so they can t continue to charge me but you have to add another card before you can delete it My son loved it the first year but ever since the renewal we have had issues

Bought funimation through iTunes Didn t work at allContacted support 2 weeks later they went quiet Did not provide any supportThought the Crunchyroll take over would improve my experience Beware they are terrible

This is such an awful interface They have some great content but the trash interface across multiple platforms is so impressively weak Your shows will be interrupted have audio or of sync and lag unbelievably I ve used the app on PS4 my PC and my phone It s consistently awful but often the only legal source for the episodes without buying all shows individually

Funimation would not cancel my monthly

Funimation would not cancel my monthly subscription- when asked to they asked question after question and then finally ghosted me in the end and never responded again They have it set up so your bank can t make a cancelment either Now I m closing my bank account - Never using Chase or Funimation again
