Ordered bedroom furniture some was out of stock at the time and received a phone call to ask if wanted separate deliveries which I was happy to accept The delivery company was very good with updates and polite and helpful when arrived with delivery I emailed a month or so later to check on out of stock delivery and got a reply at the end of that week to advise now in stock and with courier company

Great service and companyWas a little wary because of a few of the reviews but after calling and speaking to them I placed my order at a great price and all was delivered in perfect condition All I would say is better updates regarding delivery and time scale would be good other than that perfect service

Had been looking for two 3 seater recliner sofas to replace our aging ones for some time Found one we really liked at a local retailer so we could try for comfort and physical appearance We then researched online to compare prices and Furniture Direct Leics came up FD offered a better price but did not include removal of old sofas or removal of all the packaging so it was a close call In the end the local suppliers only really wanted to sell a set of 3 2 or 3 2 1 and we specifically wanted 3 3 so did our due diligence and plumped for FD Turns out to have been a good choice with a suggested delivery in 6-8 weeks actually arriving at just under 4 weeks They arrived safely the lads unpacked and put in the room we wanted before heading off to their next job All in all really pleased In a perfect world an option to remove the old suite and all the cardboard would be even better but we managed to get a waste licensed man and van at short notice to shift the old stuff to the recycling centre The order literally went from processing to a call on Tuesday to say delivery on Thursday so a bit manic making room in time and of course we had to pay to shift the old items but recommended nonetheless

Reasonable product at excellent price Need to be a bit careful with some of the carcass fitting screws some gorilla glue helps Otherwise looks good drawers work nicely Delivery on time

I ordered a wardrobe online and was told delivery would be 6-8 weeks I was very pleased when it came after 7 weeks The 2 men who delivered it were very obliging friendly and helpful I was nervous after reading previous bad reviews but everyone I had dealings with were very polite and helpful I would have no qualms in recommending this company I have gave them 5 stars as they can not have done anything more to help me and to enable the transaction to be as smooth as possible

Bought the Kayflex Capri 1000 mattress after sleeping on a friend s only once I have a back injury and without doubt recommend this mattress It s phenomenal Amazing turn time of just 3 days from order to delivery All in all BRILLIANT
