Recently purchased a Hamilton James Splendour 900 On saw locally at 1370 bought from furnituredirect net for 1142 Inc delivery in their Black Friday sale I have to admit I was a little bit dubious about the authenticity of the site but I took a chance and wasn t disappointed Website said 5 week delivery but I had it within 2 weeks Only criticism would be the lack of order status updates No communication for a few weeks but I then got a call a few days prior to delivery and given a time slot Fantastic mattress Very happy

Simple fantastic customer service saved 400 on top quality wardrobe compared my local furniture store who couldn t meet or understand the prices offered here which is a shame or greed for profit My rauch imperial was delivered professionally after 4 weeks and is now installed and top quality Great company and very helpful

Reasonable price and quality furniture

Visted the showroom to check what they had and found some pieces that I liked that would fit in nicely The prices and quality seemed to be reasonable so made an order for some cupboard units and drawers Came within 2-3 weeks and happy with the choice i made and help from the staff

What fabulous service

What fabulous service Ordered our products online and was given 4-6 week delivery date Furniture Direct UK rang us a couple of days before the delivery date to confirm the date and time which was just one month after the order Delivery staff were superb Extremely helpful and friendly Cannot recommend highly enough By the way the furniture is FIRST CLASS and as an extra benefit this purchase saved us lots of money We had looked at this furniture locally - and it was priced at 20-25 more Feeling really happy Thankyou

Thank you so much There was some confusion about the delivery date but Furniture Direct listened and responded quickly to put things right The delivery team were very helpful and respectful I was cautious about buying online but I m very satisfied overall with Furniture Direct the delivery and with my mattress Excellent customer service Thank you

We ordered wiemann sliding door

We ordered wiemann sliding door wardrobes from furniture direct and were advised 6-8 weeks till delivery Approx 6 weeks later we received a phone call to say the wardrobes had arrived and they were delivered promptly We had 35 parts to these wardrobes and only one had slight damage from transit The delivery men were excellent passing all items through a ground floor window to us Got in touch with Ajaz and he promptly ordered a replacement for the damaged item same sort of timescale again to be expected as the wardrobes come from germany The wardrobes were easy to construct and far cheaper than local All in all a great buy THANKYOU Chris Storer

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the Seconique Dante Day Bed we ordered from Furniture Direct Not only is it exactly what we were looking for for our child s room but it came with detailed instructions and numbered bags of components - making it one of the easiest flat pack builds we ve ever done Bed looks good quality and the storage is excellent - our daughter is very pleased Many thanks to Furniture Direct UK for their speedy efficient and friendly delivery They couldn t do enough to help Top marks

Order was simple Thank you Superb customer service

Order was simple and incredibly cheap compared to others for exact same mattress Supplier messed up delivery date so our order was delayed but Furniture Direct UK couldn t have been kinder about resolving the situation Rushed our order over the next PM after it had been delivered to them 2 days late Thank you so very much for going the extra several miles for us So looking forward to going to bed tonight on our new mattress Will definitely look to shop with you again and would highly recommend your prices AND your excellent customer service to everyone
