Updated Review Customer service at GameBillet reached out after around 13 hours They are very busy with a sale this week and some new games it sounds like After multiple attempts to correct the issue GameBillet did come up with a solution and for that they are to be commended I do recommend they continue to explore the payment issue as I ve never ran into something similar Original Review While the prices look fantastic if the pay method does not work it doesn t really matter After trying to pay multiple times and receiving a message that says We are unable to authenticate your payment method Please choose a different payment method and try again I reached out to their support after my bank said the charge did not even appear as an attempted transaction Based on reviews I assumed it would be a quick turnaround It s been over twelve hours and so far I ve received nothing beyond the auto-generated response to let me know they received my concern It is very concerning to enter your debit card information on a site nothing go through the bank and receive no response from the company To be fair they very well may respond today and alleviate my concerns but for now it has been a stress inducing experience I will update this review when if I hear anything

Great support

Had trouble when trying to purchase Doom Eternal so I contacted support whom were amazingly fast at responding and solving my problem - Everything else worked flawlessly Had to leave a review for such a pleasant experience

Best site for cheap games

This site is very good and cheap I recently bought Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles and it took me about 2-3 min to make my order but i got my code very quick I 100 recommend this site if you want cheap games I got the game for about 46 dollars

Legit and safe digital store

At first I was skeptical for the lack of popularity and the fact that it s a digital reseller However I ve found great reviews about it all over the internet certifying its authenticy and convenience Hence I decided to take the risk and it was absolutely worthy The service was smooth and completely safe Just like the website states it s an authorized reseller the code is delivered instantly and more importantly the code actually works Not to mention the incredible sales and deals that are legit It has some interface features to improve such as lack of review sections and specific information about deals but no big deals Also to enhance the credibility it would be great that they share opinions or experiences from their customers on their social media

Didn t know what to expect was pleasantly suprised

This was my first time looking for a game outside of using steam Normally I either buy through Steam or I buy through Epic So to be expected I was rather nervous But I was pleasantly surprised to see that the amount I was charged matched up with the amount they promised on their website and I was also pleasantly surprised that my code was ready to go like almost instantly Thank you for No Mans Sky Definitely would recommend this service to a friend
