This service is an absolute disgrace
This service is an absolute disgrace I put up a series of options in my queue so they could send me whatever was more easily available for them It took them 3 weeks for the first disc to arrive and lo and behold the disc was unplayable Im sending it right back and cancelling my trial immediately

Slow shipping with customer service reps that careless
So not only does this service falsely advertise for free shipping it s free shipping is locked to the rental service so if you want to buy anything expect a 20 shipping fee On top of that they don t take your order seriously whatsoever 24-48 hours to ship the product not counting the time it takes to get to the shipping facility They advertise their shipping as priority but the only priority they have is getting you to subscribe to their inefficient mail in service I wouldnt recommend buying or renting anything from this site

If I could give less than one star I would I tried to reactivate my account but when I entered my card info it said my card was declined cause the address was wrong I contacted my bank and they confirmed my address and told me they are not declining the transaction They agreed with me that the issue is with Gamefly When I told Gamefly that it s their system flagging my card they told me to contact my bank I attached screenshots of my conversation with my bank and also proof of address with my bank and they never even opened the attachments and continued to blame my bank for the issue Save you money and don t subscribe to this service

Waste of time
I made a purchase at Direct2Drive gamefly I waited 4 hours and still no game to download - I send e-mail to the support team but only got autoreply I then decided to cancel my order and claim refund I cant recommend Gamefly as a digital game supplier What if all webshops needed more than 4 hours to comfirm process a purchase Bad policy bad service

Incredibly slow delivery
This is by far the worst experience I ve ever had with any online service I place an order for a switch on December 23rd where it promises it ll be shipped out in 2-3 business days I place the order they say it wont be there till Wednesday Okay cool whatever Two weeks later it finally arrives without notifying my email I send it back for a refund as I don t want the product anymore they say it ll take 3 days approximately to process and I ve been waiting over a week I call them three times a week to see what the status of the order is and every time they are completely clueless and say they have no way of knowing where it is or what the status is The customer service people are incredibly rude and inpatient and place you on unnecessary holds Seriously don t use this service

This service is a JOKE
Service is terrible taking approximately 2 weeks to turn games around They continually blame the post office but no other company I shop with has this issue Their customer service is all but non-existant The minimal effort they pretend to make is generally more infuriating than helpful I was told that the availability queues to not reflect availablitity for YOU but rather are an average of the whole country You have absolutely zero way to identify which games are actually available to your specific area

Another GameFly game doesn t work
Dragon age did not work Super super disappointed and frustrated since this is the second disc in a row sent to me not being able to play This was a game I was pretty excited to play when I read the RPG gameplay description The disc had the tinniest scratch This time I took photos of the error and can not download to play screen as proof of the unfortunate situation

Spider-Man game doesn t download Multiple times I put the game to install and download Very frustrating when it gave me a time on how long it would take to complete and never did Especially when I was doing this for my son to play Numerous times retried until the last one it said error after an hour I would like to also mention it takes forever to receive a game from the que Also doesn t give me the game I really want because low availability Don t worry my subscription ends May 23 I m not renewing you guys are really something else

The worst customer service experience
Was told my purchase was under review but they did not specify which purchase Asked questions that weren t answered like which order was an issue and was not offered any help Only received copy and paste answers When I had a chance to call in to verify this order I was placed on hold and then hung up on almost 10 minutes later Worst customer service experience Why do I have to jump through hoops to give a company my money Will not be dealing with GameFly ever again

Horrible Service and Scam Business
Horrible experience They charged for me rentals that they never delivered even after double checking that I provided the correct shipping address and customer service is almost non-existent I rented a game nearly one month ago and it was never delivered
