Customer service is just terrible As soon as they get your money they immediately stop caring about what happens 2 month delivery to Australia product lid broken in shipping powder leaking everywhere in the box provide photos and get a 10 coupon It was 60 to get the crap here and half can t be used I m not drinking box powder

Month long delivery

I ve been waiting almost a month for my first batch of GamerSupps to be delivered and I haven t heard back from them aside from the product should be arriving any time soon Requests to cancel my order have been refused and their refusal to put the amount of caffeine on the tub is sketchy too

Worthless don t buy Customer service is horrible

I ordered two and one arrived clumpy and when I complained about it they refused to do anything about it The second one tasted terrible and I threw both of them out Never buying from them again

I ordered the Neko Maid shaker cup im fine with waiting but they sent the wrong cup when I asked all they said was looks like we ran out of the neko maid cup like I waited for thr drop got it and they are saying they RAN OUT And then send me another cup I had already bought that was labeled as sold out so now I have 2 sharp shooter cups never ordering from this company again

I m still waiting for my items to arrive Note I am ordering from the UKI ordered my items on 13th August and was informed that DHL e-commerce would be delivering the package Then on the 28th I emailed Gamersupps for an update why it s taking so long and for an expected delivery date time On the same day they replied saying that it takes time to go through customs which I highly doubt I also received an email from Royal Mail saying that the package is now coming through them I have never had this happen before with orders from an American company I will update this review when it arrives If it does Better be worth the wait or content creatora should stop vouching for this brand

Defect produkt and no Support

My gamer sups cups came on the 21 09 2022I got 2 cups and both were leaking when filled with water Ok that can happen but here comes the twist I tried to contact the support for it but they never answerd or looked at my proof video i sendet for a refund or replace Luckyli i orderd with Paypal buyer protection if i would order with something else i would not have seen my money back probably

I signed up for their newsletter following their home page form to get free shipping The link sent by them through SMS didn t work and then they just told me well we are not offering free shipping right now So after seeing their practices makes me stop buying the 200 cart I had ready
