Got 3 free samples absolutely vile tasting Contains chemical sugar replacements which are just as bad if not worse than regular sugar which leave a disgusting after-taste and super powdery even after proper mixing for 1 minute

GamerSupps 15 Day Warranty

The flavours are great and the variety is excellent The low score is due to their unusual business practices regarding the warranty of their GamerSupps shakers Waifu cups I had a shaker that began to leak from where the plastic mold forms and detaches from the cup that small little centre circle on the underside of the shaker This is clearly a manufacturing defect and not damage from poor or improper use Upon contacting the company with a photo of the defect I was responded to with the following I don t want to say this but you re right the warranty is only 15 days from the day you ve received your order As much as I d love to replace it for you I m afraid I might not be able to do so as I am bound by the company s policy Very friendly and professional staff but ridiculous company policy for a 20 USD 30 AUD product I was also offered 15 off via a publicly available coupon code As far as company policy goes this is a fantastic way to sell something GamerSupps never needs to warrant regardless if it s faulty or not free money for a shaker design that can be delivered for less than 6 on AliExpress Surprising and disappointing

I ve purchased a lot of products from these folks Shipping is usually pretty fast Packing is mediocre to poor I received several shipments with damage Basically they gave me the runaround and refused replacement Bare in mind the cups had no protection other than the shipping box I ve also had a large number of cups delivered but missing extras that are meant to be included with each cup The resulting replacements are slow to work out due to slow customer service response Quality control and interdepartmental counincatoon seem to be poor as well

Dissapointed

Considering i paid a fair amount for not only the bottle itself but for custom fees as well i was expecting a good quality bottle What i got was a bottle that had a solid plastic body but cheap cap that often leaks when screwed on not to mention it rattles when being shaken If anything the bottle will only serve for aesthetics sad

I found out there was a deal on free samples so I ordered through a sponsor link After confirming my order I waited over month for my package I contacted contact gamersupps gg where I was told to give the order and shipping address Although the customer was good I still have yet to reseve my order after 30 business days Quite unfortunate

Better than GFUEL but that s about it

Let me start this review off by saying I like gamersupps I like the flavors they have and the cups they sell However there are 2 big flaws in this company the flavor consistency and the shipping times On their website it states all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours which 100 isn t true Some orders take weeks months even to ship If you have a waifu cup that makes it even worse I ordered from their Christmas in July sale and I had to wait over a week for my order to ship Had I not emailed them I don t think I would ve gotten my order yet In my order I got a shark girl cup with a sample pack a tsundere t-shirt lychee gg and pina colada The flavors from the samples versus the ones from the tubs were VERY different My best example is I got 2 samples of Guacamole Gamer Fart 9000 aka their strawberry lime flavor My first sample was gross it didn t taste good at all It smelled and tasted musty almost My second sample was just fine it tasted and smelled normal Even with these circumstances I ordered more and I m hoping it s a better experience than my last one I have 3 orders coming 2 of which are for creator cups so they ll be here in a few months anyways On the topic of creator cups I don t understand why they have the wait time they do Couldn t they just print a bunch and sell them Like the normal waifu cups I don t understand why they re print to order but the waifu cups aren t It s basically the same process I feel like gamersupps could be a little more open to the public maybe change their shipping times to be more accurate That s the only way I ll up the star rating Their powder is better than GFUEL but neither are better than drink mixes you can buy from the store They all taste the same

DO NOT BUY THE STARTER KITS

First I find it suspicious that you cannot review individual items on their site I emailed customer service asking how to leave a review and they directed me to this site which appears to be a review of just the entire company Okay the actual review I ordered a starter kit which was to come with a blender bottle and some flavor samples and I ordered the black cherry flavor stuff The black cherry flavor is great Highly recommend The starter kit on the other hand is literal trash It did not come with the sample flavor packets so the only way I can try flavors is to buy a whole tub which I do not want to do And the bottle feels very cheap the plastic is thin there is no wire ball mixer and the cap leaks when screwed on all the way The bottle is rendered entirely useless as a blender bottle It s only usable function is to drink from it like a cup without using the lid Really disappointed in that item

I can t leave reviews on their site what a shame as I have good things to say This is why they are getting a 3-star review where do those reviews come from if I can t leave one Anyway I ordered a paint shaker waifu candy and a sample pack Everything came in a good amount of time shipping was not quick but it wasn t slow either Have yet to try the waifu candy but I do like the cup just wish it had a measurement on it s side making filling easier I have only tried the dragon fruit and it was nice and tasty and gave me a boost in energy as well

Great cup ordered the emiru creator cup the only thing I was hoping for was it coming with the sticker unfortunately I never got one but still the cup is still good though
