Was trying to purchase few items First time - took my money right after sending an error message that transaction is not completed due to coupon error Took a week to wait and went to place this same transaction wondering what is happening there Same thing Money is frozen as transaction is pending and no confirmation of the transaction as error is showing due to coupon W T F They are offering 30 off on the site just to ripped you at the end with an error that you can not buy it I did contact their customer service and was told to refresh the site and do not use any coupons I did not use any as their site is doing it automatically for me Money is frozen for next 5-10 days Be aware guys they are loosing me as the customer for sure with their BS stories

tag on clothes
my 14year old bought a dress when i saw it i told her to go return it bc it wasn t for her age She went in with the receipt and bc the tag wasn t on they refused the refund If your tag is more important then customers keep your clothes we will shop elsewhere wont be going back to shop no need to explain more by the way we have bought clothes with out tag

Shady Business Practices Terrible Customer Service
I ordered something online to pick up in store and once I picked it up I got an emailed receipt for double what I ordered When I inquired about it they told me it was an ongoing glitch but rest assured I was charged for the initial amount I checked my bank statement and I was charged once on the day I made the order again for the same amount the day after I picked it up I contacted them took them FOREVER to respond they told me I was wrong because they only charge upon pick up I checked with my bank and its not a pending transaction as the money left my account twice so I showed them they AND THEY STILL HAD TO AUDACITY TO SAY I WAS WRONG Now I have to escalate this which is so much added stress There s a reason I haven t shopped here since highschool

I would not recommend this clothing
I would not recommend this clothing store to anyone Recently we bought 4 shirts from the Negombo store and the sales guy told us if there s any problem with the fabric to bring it to the store they will be exchanging it So one shirt was used only once and after the first wash itself the material was faded n the size was shrunken When we went to the store to complain about this the sales guy told us to wait for 2 days till the boss contact So after 2 days the boss contacted and told us Bcz the shirt was used once they are not ready to accept it for exchange When we purchased it the sales guy told us even if it is used we can bring n exchange The price we pay for the shirts are way too high due to poor quality and this is such a bogus place

Non-existent customer service
Nonexistent customer service was offered a refund as promised by two online staff due to an issue with the item and was told I need to fly back to the US within 1year in order to receive my refund I live in Europe so that s a ridiculous idea

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
they have a funny way of running their businesss I will NEVER spend a dollar here ever again spent a lot of money at this store I get home and a Skirt I purchased doesn t fit I STILL have the receipt I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the proper size The person at the desk told me I can t exchange for my Correct size because i removed the tag from the skirt what does a tag matter if I still have my receipt so now I m stuck with clothing that doesn t fit while garage profits off my coin and won t allow me to get the correct size Scam

Canceled order day of- ensured I lost all other Black Friday sales
I was so excited for some good Black Friday sale jeans and I was choosing between Garage Urban Outfitters- 50 percent off jeans- and I wishhhh I looked at Garage s horrible reviews chose the latter Not only did they say they didn t have my size available- after I already placed the order AND they took my money- they tell me days later way after Black Friday and all the sales end of course that they have none left in stock- and didn t plan on shipping to me when they did so they just canceled the order This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me with online shopping I now can t get any jeans because it s days after Black Friday and can t afford 70 jeans Really disappointed and never buying from Garage again

Advantgarde Clevdon Mercedes DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY WORST GARAGE I HAVE VISITED was a very bad experience for me They charged three times for the same diignostics tests when not necessary the original quote was gone over by two and half times without my permission plus they damaged my car They also kept my car for three mounths before even starting on it Being a convertible when I picked up my car it was soaking wet inside where they left it outside with Windows open and roof part down they done bad work where I had to take the car to another garage to rectify their shoddy mistakes I would not recommend this garage to anyone Total rip of merchants Take a look at their negitive feedback on line and you will see others with the same experience No apology and no part refunds offered Very quick to claim the customer Now been reported and registered with Trade and standards THEY DONT CAR AND WILL NOT HELP AFTET CARE TOTAL RUBBISH The owner like writting legal letters and tries pushing you away with these so say justifiable letters Obviously got good at it from past same old experiences

I recently made a Garage Dynamite purchase online and when it arrived the dress was stained all around the neckline I reached out to support immediately who took days to respond before asking for pictures of the damage I had already sent them in the email Now a week later nobody will help or respond to me So I paid 30 not including shipping or tax for a dress that I NEVER would ve purchased in person due to the damage It s so ridiculous that a company of their size would have such poor customer service I m truly disgusted Side note I went through every step call chat and email so they can t say I wasn t thorough in trying to get support Each time I was told bring the item to a store location I live 3 hours away from one
